The Port Townsend YMCA Flat out Lies that they are Inclusive and supportive without discrimination. The YMCA lies that they do not allow "hatred or derogatory or unwelcome comments".
The YMCA claims, "equity and human dignity for all, they clearly did not provide equality in this case."
The Port Townsend YMCA Says:
"At the Y, our goal is to provide an atmosphere free from discrimination, hatred, derogatory or unwelcome comments, intimidation, or actions based on an individual’s sex, age, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or any other legally protected status."
Yet the Jefferson County Washington YMCA allows hatred, bullying unwanted comments, violent words, angry aggressive words, against the women who do not want to dress in the same room with a trans woman that has not transitioned. The YMCA clearly discriminated against one party on their identity, their expression, and their legally protected class.
Is the Woman in this case a protected class for being a woman? elderly? or perhaps she was a victim at some point in her life? Does she have ANY equal rights? NOPE only the Trans community, or trans woman has the rights and the born women who are uncomfortable for any reason, they get abused, bullied, shamed, berated and threatened.
Talk about entitled, hypocrisy and double standards.
the YMCA allows and seems to actively participate in bullying this woman, calling her a bigot, a trans hater and a transphobe just because she does not want a penis carrier in her changing room. And this has the trans community and supporters attacking the women and those of us who support her. This is not #forAll
It is not about being a bigot or a transphobe, it could be any reason that a woman don't want to dress next to a biological male. Maybe a women was abuse, raped, molested, or traumatized. There can be a lot of reasons she don't want to change in the same room. And the number one reason is she does not need a reason.
Yet the Bullies Violently Call out "bigot" "transphobe" and gang stalk her on social media. People stick up for her human rights, her equal rights and these same people are seen on social media attacking anyone that defends her rights. This is no where near Equality.
It is not OK for the Port Townsend YMCA to be inciting violence against this women and anyone who supports her. All you have to do is read a local thread and see the violence put upon this woman, and the YMCA participating, condoning and even thanking the "support".

They sure seem to pick and choose who gets bullied, berated, defamed, and taunted. They are actively encouraging bullying this woman and anyone who supports her, just go look at the social media on this. Transphobe, Bigot and all manner of names slung, is this Lawful? or part of the YMCA inclusion Policy?
Why "protect" the "rights" of one party only?
Why claim to protect one party from "bad things" while encouraging it upon the other party?

The Olympic Peninsula YMCA is an organization that welcomes all people. At the Y, we strive to create communities that are inclusive and socially just so that all people can thrive.
We will not tolerate bias, hatred, or discrimination that leads to the oppression of individuals or communities.
We will ensure sustained and meaningful progress toward equity and human dignity for all.
On Monday, August 1, a small group of community members expressed their concerns regarding the Mountain View Pool changing rooms specifically related to a transgender person.
There was a small gathering of people outside Mountain View Commons discussing this issue.
In addition to the universal changing rooms at the pool, there are a men’s and women’s locker rooms provided with private changing areas as well as showers with curtains at the pool.
The Y operates in accordance with state law that gives people the right to access the locker rooms, changing rooms, and bathrooms that aligns with their gender identity, per WAC 162-32-060.
The law states, “entities shall allow individuals the use of gender-segregated facilities, such as restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms, and homeless or emergency shelters, that are consistent with that individual's gender expression or gender identity.”
The Y will uphold and respect this law in regards to YMCA staff, members, and program participants that use Mountain View Pool. At the Y, our goal is to provide an atmosphere free from discrimination, hatred, derogatory or unwelcome comments, intimidation, or actions based on an individual’s sex, age, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or any other legally protected status.

Women have no rights. All because they want to feel safe and not be naked with a man part present.
The man identifying as a woman simply has more rights then the woman, period, and there is nothing that us women can do or say. If we feel unsafe, we have no where to turn, no rights, we simply must not participate in their society, their rules.
Just as rape victims, molestations victims, we must simply stay silent on the matter, our rights have No Value. It is a TransMans world period. This is Not Equality. This is not kindness nor inclusive, this is abuse period.
This is NOT all inclusive. This is NOT a Safe Space for ALL. You have no rights at the YMCA, you will do as they say period.
