Michael Allmain was Found GUILTY, it was Said in the Ruling that his Attorney had not proved Michael was indigent and therefore the Law did not Protect him. Yet having a Public Attorney Means you are Indigent. The Court has to APPROVE It in the BEGINING of the Case.
