Port Townsend Police Discrimination. “Private Sector” vs “Public”. YMCA Discrimination. YMCA Manager Rowen DeLuna

 October 6th, 2022, Amy Sousa, Julie Jaman and Rebel News Katie Daviscourt, went to the Port Townsend YMCA to deliver a petition with thousands of signatures. The YMCA manager called 911, the Port Townsend Police walked on over, as they are next door, on the same city property. Officer Jason Greenspane “trespassed” these ladies from the Port Townsend YMCA on City Property.

In this Officer Cam Footage Clip, Port Townsend Police Officer Jason Greenspane explains to YMCA manager Rowen DeLuna, that there is a difference in “trespassing” laws for the “Private Sector” vs the “Public Sector”.

Timestamp 1:40 Officer Jason Greenspane says “they are going to receive a Trespass admonishment, it’s just a warning, that they can’t be on YMCA property basically for a period of 7 days. It starts at 7 days then it goes to, I think the next one is 14 or 30 and then the next one is 60 or a year. It gets gradually if they keep violating it”

Rowen says, “Can’t just do a year?”

Officer Greenspane goes on to say, “because this is not private property, it may be private, but it’s in the “public sector” so we have different rules regarding that”

Officer Greenspane, “I can’t detain them, I don’t really have a crime I am detaining them on”. Yet they were “trespassed” for a crime right? The crime of trespassing, and allegedly interfering with customers, of which they clearly were not.

Why was Julie Jaman Trespassed FOR Life, from this same “CITY PROPERTY”.

This Officer Footage shows, in my opinion, malicious intent. In Other words the City of Port Townsend KNOWS that this is city property, and may have different trespassing rules then say private property. It is city property outside the door and inside the door.

So admitting that “Laws” are different in the “public sector” clearly shows discrimination and prejudice. On July 26, 2022 when Julie Jaman was naked, distressed, and spoke out she was banned for Life, no warning no 7 days then 14, then 30?

The City of Port Townsend Flat Out Stole a Homeless Man’s Dog, his Private Personal Property. This Dog, Moses was Michael’s Family. Moses was an uncut Hybrid Wolf Dog whose puppies were worth a minimum of $700 Each. 

Michael was Set up by Center Valley Animal Rescue and their Mobocracy Lynch Mob Online. Attorney Adam Karp quoted the Law to use to set Micheal Up, in a Facebook thread that showed they all premeditated how to get Michael’s dog to CVAR, then charge Michael and put a lien on his Dog, to get Moses away from Michael.

Port Townsend Lynch Mobocracy is the Management Style of the Jefferson County Government. MOB RULES and the Law, Courts, Police Evidence, Facts, Video, Judge’s Orders, and the TRUTH are Irrelevant. 

Jefferson County Prosecutors Set up a Homeless Man for years. Center Valley Animal Rescue worked with then Prosecutor Julie St. Marie and then Police woman Officer Wendy Davis to harass Michael Allmain, set him up and flat out take his uncut wolf hybrid dog. This Dog was Michael's whole world at the time. The Dog, Moses had an INCURABLE Skin Condition, for that they set out to destroy a man who could not fight back. 

This was a Premeditated Theft, I have shown the Records Clearly.

I Filed Complaints with State and Local Agencies, they all ignored the issue. I filed a Criminal Complaint with Sheriff Joe Nole, he claimed he investigated and No Crimes had Been Committed. BULL but Hey the Lawless Dictators do as they Please

I Filed a Complaint against Judge Mindy Walker as She Ruled that Michael Allmain was guilty of cruelty though his dog had an INCURABLE skin condition, and Judge Walker RULED that Michael had not proved indigency. Man Assaults Port Townsend Police Officer, Lot's of Witnesses. Officers talk about it on Officer Cam. Many Incident Reports State that he Assaulted an Officer, and interfere with an Arrest. Yet the Port Townsend Police did NOTHING to Prosecute. Why? It is reported that Officer Kamil Sharif, the Officer Assaulted, told one of the Victims from that night, that HE Chooses to NOT Be a Victim .

First of All you CANNOT Choose to Not be a Victim in this instance, that is condescending and gaslighting to all of us victims from Felony Hate Crime Assaults that night.  Under WA Law if a Crime is Committed you cannot choose to not be a Victim.  What the Port Townsend Government, City Council, County Commissioners, Olympic Pride, Quimper Church, and the PT Chief of Police has done through their violent reaction, discrimination, prejudice, inequality public attack on an 80 year old woman, with no dignity or respect for all, no investigation of facts before working up the public: and what they have done to violently suppress the voice of women, lesbians and the men supporting them at Amy Sousa’s press conference has created a dangerous divide among the public, the police and the local government. A divide so wide that we as lesbians, as women in Port Townsend are in danger every day as I, we see these same people in public, they are still attacking us online and the City, the County, the Chief of Police still seems to side with the Violent Mob.

Many say I am creating the divide by exposing what THEY actually did, however, my reporting is important, like it or not. Transparency is Important. Do with it what you wish. But you will NOT hide what happened in the streets of this beautiful sacred town I love. I did not create their violent behavior and it is not my job to be quiet so that the abusers can keep abusing. I specifically say Chief of Police and not Police. As after attending those 2 events last summer, and watching massive amounts of officer cam footage. I believe the Port Townsend Police and the Jefferson County Police to be good men and good at their job for the most part. However there are a few that play prejudice and politics, but most of them are Good Men doing a Good Job and they are made out to be constitutional rights violating cowards. Thing is they tried to do their job, that is easy to see and per City Manager John Mauro’s direction and the action of Police Chief Olson (who had no officer cam on), PT police were made to watch us burn per se, be beat up, pummelled and our constitutional and human rights, our dignity be stripped away right there on Port Townsend Bay. This is not a third world country where there are dictators stoning women for who they love or not covering their face but WOW Port Townsend sure acts like it.

What Happened to Alexander French's Charges of Assault 2, Assault 4 and Robbery? Why does the Port Townsend Police Say they sent the case to Jefferson County Prosecutors, yet prosecutors say the did not get it ?

 Chief Tom Olson Email claiming that he sent the Alex French charges for Robbery 2nd Degree, Attempted Robbery 2nd Degree, Attempted Theft 2nd Degree, Theft 3rd Degree, and Assault 4th Degree from the Amy Sousa Press Conference on August 15th 2022. Yet for Some Reason Prosecutor Ashcraft did not seem to get the information

“I am responding to your public comments email dated October 3rd.

Were you aware that we arrested and booked the suspect from your complaint of being assaulted on August 15th? On September 3rd, Alexander French was arrested by the Port Townsend Police Department and booked into the Jefferson County Jail for the August 15th incident. The Port Townsend Police requested that the Jefferson County Prosecutor charge French with Robbery 2nd Degree, Attempted Robbery 2nd Degree, Attempted Theft 2nd Degree, Theft 3rd Degree, and Assault 4th Degree. The police only refer the charges based on the evidence that they collect. Ultimately, it is the Prosecutor’s Office that determines what charges will or won’t actually be filed. I have requested an update on your case but I have not heard back from them.

As of September 3rd, your case was sent to the Prosecutor’s Office and is out of our hands. I would encourage you reach out to the crime victim advocate with the Jefferson County Prosecutor’s Office. Please let me know if you have any further questions that I can assist you with.

HOWEVER, the Jefferson County Crime Victim Advocate Katie Davis Said,

“I did speak to Chris Ashcraft who filled me in a bit on what the status is. He did state that law

enforcement did not forward a case regarding you as a victim to our office. He states that

without law enforcement forwarding charges the prosecutors cannot move forward with

So what happened to Alex French’s charges for “Robbery 2nd Degree, Attempted Robbery 2nd Degree, Attempted Theft 2nd Degree, Theft 3rd Degree, and Assault 4th Degree” that Port Townsend Police Chief Tom Olson Discusses in the above eMail? Did the Mayors Law Firm Feinson and Faber cook up a deal with “El Jeffe” (Jefferson County Attorney James Kennedy) via Prosecutor Chris Ashcraft, to sweep all those assaults and robbery under the magic rug?
