I attended the Port Townsend BLM March in 2020, I Filmed the Event downtown Port Townsend at the Cotton Building and walked a bit down waterstreet with the Group. During the 2020 BLM Event, Port Townsend was stickered with BLM Signs, and George Floyd BLM Signs were painted on every street, barricades, buildings and more. Yet Chief Tom Olson emailed City Manager John Mauro discriminating against Amy Sousa before her permitted event downtown Port Townsend where we were mobbed while Olson watched and did NOTHING to separate the Groups or Protect our Dignity, Safety, Human Rights or Constitutional Rights. Chief Olson asked City Manager Mauro what he would tolerate, after Quimper Unitarian Fellowship Beau Ohlgren incited hate and violence upon us by emailing Olson a private zoom meeting where Amy Sousa joked about stickering the F*&^ out of the town. So What, they are stickers and we did not put up one, yet Port Townsend Police Chief Tom Olson used this in context of some sort of reason to let us be mobbed by hundreds of people. Ohlgren, Olson and Mauro; well they will not TOLERATE stickers, but bashing Lesbians in the streets, suppressing our free speech rights, bullying us, hurting our physical bodies and destroying our property, well that is something they Will not only TOLERATE, but Encourage, Watch, Incite and Call Loving Support and Beautiful.
