 THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND?

Port Townsend Attorney Sam Feinson of Faber Feinson PLLC, yeah the Faber is David Fabor, Mayor of Port Townsend, well that is our Assailant's Attorney.  Yep the Mayor of Port Townsend's Law Firm is representing the man who assaulted us. The City of Port Townsend is Defending this man's behavior. Why? 

The City of Port Townsend is connected to some pretty violent parties indeed, and they keep digging in, and keep Gaslighting us that we did not experience what we did. 

Even though I have around 50 Live feeds, including Officer Cams that clearly show what happened to us. Our body, our lives, our tears, our pain,  has no Merit to the City of Port Townsend. They are not providing Equal Representation for ALL but instead defending those who clearly have done very bad things. 

The Good News is, well interesting at least even if not really that good. With ALL the  Footage I have of the Julie Jaman Press Conference put on by Amy Sousa, well if the Prosecuting Attorneys, the City Attorney, the Mayor, the Chief of Police, and the Public at Large think it was all Good, Legal, and all that happened was justified and is "ok". Well then NOW we know this is equally LEGAL and acceptable at All Port Townsend Events such as say the Wooden Boat Festival, the Steampunk Festival, Concert on the Docks, Art Fairs, Pride, Brew Fest and any other permitted event in Port Townsend Washington.

See we had a Permitted Event to simply make a Statement to City Council in a town we live in, and we, around 20 of us most all over 50 and elderly, were mobbed by around 400 violent protesters. If You are Ok with this for us then you saying it is Ok and Legal for any Port Townsend Event.

It is not a matter of who the Bad Guys are in this, just like in the Michael Allmain Case, the proof is there, videos, FOI emails, documents. It is simply a matter of the City Attorney and the County Prosecutors, the Chief of Police and the Sheriff as to who "gets to" Break the Law in Jefferson County Washington and who does NOT.

I did share widely circulated a sticker image that someone else had created showing the Tsunami logo in pink, and the text “TERFS Out”

While the sticker design was intended to be a pun on “Surf& Turf” and bringing some humor to the idea that the “tide was turning” on hurtful stereotypes about Transgender people, I understand that some have tried to cast this as my “beliefs that TERFs should be “driven out” of “my” town. In hindsight, it wasn’t helpful to share it and created more upset and more extreme behavior.

Let me state this clearly: people are entitled to their opinions, however bigoted or hurtful I personally may find those opinions. The line where that stops for me is where that “opinion”

denies someone else’s right to exist and live their life safely.

Having an opinion that black people are inferior and are all criminals is protected free speech.

Lynching them, harassing their children, or sending them threats is a crime.

Having a opinion that women aren’t suited to elected leadership is protected free speech.

Keeping them from voting or holding office or intimidating them from running out of fear for their personal safety isn’t an opinion, it’s harassment.

Similarly, having an opinion that transgender women are only pretending to be women in order to prey on unsuspecting women in locker rooms is an opinion. Screaming at transgender women and asking questions about their genitals is harassment. There’s a line there.

I am taking a hard line about this issue precisely because I see firsthand the harm it is causing.

A 19 year old is having to quit her job, drop out of school, and leave her community and family in order to not have to live in fear of actual, credible death threats.

Dozens of parents were without childcare for more than a week because the Y was closed because of threats against the facility and staff, out of concern for children’s safety. Nobody wants an Oklahoma City bombing situation.

The Y aquatics director is receiving photos of her children with “they’re next” and has had to buy body armor and always travel with a protective detail.

The city offices were basically unable to function normally for days because all phone lines were jammed. Totally random city employees were being literally screamed at. The person who answers the phone for the water department does not deserve obscene verbal abuse.

Police overtime budget is in overdrive - this series of events will cost the city thousands of dollars that won’t go to other programs

Council Emails are so jammed we’re missing important actual messages while receiving hundreds of abusive, threatening and obscene emails. Our City voicemails have been unusable for over a month now.

This really isn’t anything to do with women’s safety, or bathrooms, or differences of opinion.

This is domestic terrorism, and it’s happening right here.

Thank you for the perspective on this Saturday and the thoughts on what leadership would be

useful from the council at this point. I agree that if I, or another councilor, were to step up,

others might follow or feel more free to communicate what they believe. We've been quiet in

part since we haven't had time to meet beyond that meeting on the 15th. Perhaps we are too

reticent about stepping forward as individuals. I'm pondering this. Being new to the role, I'm

leery of getting over my skis. But there is a vacuum of leadership on this, so I think we should

step forward. I'm still chewing on the best way to do this at the moment.

As far as Saturday goes, I'm happy if Proud Boy and Antifa-types would have their LARP-ing

culture war somewhere else. I'm not interested in what either of those groups have to say. I

hope people stay home for that event.

I did read the PTFP article on the parent from Port Angeles. Julie had told me that story three

weeks ago, so I knew it was coming.

The best time for me to meet might be Monday at 4pm, which would be right after I finish my

FAIR orientation Zoom call. It might be useful to talk after that. I plan to be down at City Hall at

the time, if you'd like to meet there. But if that time doesn't work, Sunday at 2pm could work.

Received an email from the Oregon chapter of FAIR encouraging me to communicate with

them in response to my email to Reid of the FAIR legal team that interviewed Julie asking if

he knew of a Washington FAIR group. Will follow up on email later today,

Robert Zerfing, a concerned conservative father who videotaped the entire 8/15 incident,

coming up from Portland, Oregon as well as the Proud Boys group.

We don’t think there’s any connection between the two because Robert contacted Amy

Sousa & Julie Jaman who declined to participate after all the aggressive behaviors of the

blended sexual identity protestors and the lack of police protection of women's bodies,

personal space, private property, speech or the peace during the city permitted press release

that took place on 8/15.

Jule was contacted by Robert Z. (see above paragraph reference) who videotaped the entire

confrontational behavior of the aggressive protestors who prevented Julie from speaking at her

press release. He's planning on coming up here on Saturday and invited Amy Sousa and Julie

to join him. I spoke over the phone with Julie on Tuesday this week and she clarified no

affiliation nor participation with Robert nor the Sept. 3 protest plans.

Many of the women who were present at the August 15th event do not feel safe after nonlocal

professional protestors' aggressive and intimidating behaviors prevented Julie from

speaking at her own press conference. Some women said some of the men were armed.

Women in our Jefferson County Freedom Alliance group as well as community supporters

of Julie are not participating in the September 3 Proud Boys demonstration nor protest.

We have concerns about escalating sensationalism & violence. Could be more online

rhetoric or become a reality.


A local man saw a circle of men on lawn chairs meeting at Pope Park. Someone local saw FBI people on the ferry, we are concerned about guns, weapons, fires, breaking of glass. Several of us from Jefferson County Freedom Alliance are alerting restaurants & shop owners on Water St tomorrow & Friday afternoons. Encouraging them to be aware and stay alert to what feels in their best business interest during 3 to 5 pm this Saturday, September 3rd.

I am also putting together a survey for our community to express their concerns,

suggestions and support for mediating and resolving this local justified concern for children's

and women's protection and privacy in public places such as the women's dressing and

showering room in the local YMCA. And, the YMCA held accountable for their

administrative decisions and unwillingness to discuss or negotiate with YMCA members' valid

concerns in more than just our YMCA.

4. Julie confirmed with me today she is waiting to hear back from FAIR and that

she's definitely willing to participate in a mediation

with City Council, YMCA and herself.

5. A local survey is being designed and going out soon to all residents of Port

Townsend to see what the community public consensus is concerning supporting

a community mediation.

6. I went on Fair for All website today and pledged, looked into forming a local

group.

Julie gave me an email contact to email requesting information if we already

have a local group in Jefferson County and if not, I am planning to start one with

absolutely no political agenda, this isn't about politics, it's about standing for all

humans' rights and taking a pro-human position for all of humanity.

Katelyn,

It's way out of my lane to respond to your email since it was addressed to the mayor and his specific tweet. But since I believe he's out of town and may not have been following Rebel New's coverage of this situation as I have, I at least wanted to clear up an understandable misunderstanding that resulted from David's tweet.

I'm intending this to be off the record, but since this email is part of the written public record, I realize I can't depend on that.

I feel confident in saying that David's tweet was in reference to the council meeting itself, not the demonstrations outside.

 It was a really moving meeting in terms of the residents who spoke and the vibe in the air. According to my memory, there was very little negativity toward Julie or Amy or the others who came to speak.

I personally feel the usage of the term "TERF" in the tweet is unfortunate, but I'm not the word police.

As for what happened outside, I have my own opinions about what happened that might not

be shared with other councilors.


We were encouraged to stay in City Hall so as not to endanger ourselves or compromise the efforts of the police force. This was in the context of swirling rumors of potential violence. 

I was the only one who decided it was more important to see it first hand and, after checking in with the police chief, went out there to see for myself. So I'm very sympathetic to the complaints of the group who were trying to have a press conference.

I even gave a hug to one of the speakers who came up to me in tears. 

I really hated seeing how they were treated. There's nothing like seeing something in person

before one judges. And now we have people all over the world judging what's going on in our little town very out of context. I wish that judgement would be tempered better by that

acknowledgement.

Personally, I have complicated feelings about this situation.

I have many transgender friends and a transgender family member, and have been very disturbed by the ranting, hateful emails we've been receiving from around the world. Fairly or not, I think those emails might be influencing our collective response to the situation. I also believe strongly in free speech and in letting people talk, so I very much do not condone the shutting down and intimidation of the press conference that Amy Sousa organized.

Honestly, I wish Julie would have handled the initial situation better, though I'm sympathetic of "mama bear" instincts and really have no place as a man casting judgement. I will say that a similar feeling of protection has welled up in many of us on the Council to protect transgender people in general, whom many of us feel are in a particularly vulnerable spot in society, hence the proclamation. I'd like to think we can defend transgender people without ostracizing Julie or anyone else who may have concerns about a specific situation.

I wanted to make sure we’re all in the loop re: an issue that just came my way via YMCA CEO Wendy Bart. Apparently an individual was trespassed at the pool for verbally abusing a YMCA staff member there at the locker room this week. Spotty details and a call back to Wendy for more info, but I she noted in a brief message that her staff member, a trans person who identifies as female, was given a barrage of terrible accusations and insults (I can provide examples – really hard to type them) and had to be asked to leave the facility and not to return. This person was identified as Julie Jaman.

Chief, making sure you and your team are across it. Looping Heidi in as I do when things terrify me and Steve from a MV Pool/facility perspective and given the nexus with other City-related issues and behavior.

I want to respect the sensitive nature of this but also to ensure we do the right thing and back the Y’s decision (which I believe they are allowed to make given our operations agreement).

More FOI from the Michael Allman Case. Today we See an Email from November 29th, 2021 whereby Port Townsend City Attorney Heidi Greenwood eMails Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney Chris Ashcraft

And Notifies him of the Crimes Committed in the Allmain Case. She forwarded my eMail with the Chronology of Events showing what a Local Non-Profit and members of the Jefferson County Government and Law Enforcement Really Did. 

Prosecutor Ashcraft says it is Fiction. If So then I Say, I should be Arrested for all manner of Fraud and Forgery. 

The Michael Allmain Case Chronology I compiled from FOI Emails, Personal Experience and Testimony, Court Transcripts, Court Filings, News Outlets, and more, has Real Crimes Throughout. 

We see from the beginning Deputies lying to Michael Allmain, false impound notice, tons of calls from the public to harass Michael, not following law or protocol, we see Officer Wendy Davis setting up Michael Allmain, we see members of the public stalking and harassing Michael, we see prosecuting attorney Julie St. Marie working with Sara Penhallegon of Center Valley Animal Rescue to steal a homeless man's dog (private property), premeditated. I have shown the premeditation through Facebook Threads.

We see City Attorney Heidi Greenwood, Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy, Attorney Adam Karp, Sara Penhallegon of Center Valley Animal Rescue, and Officer Wendy Davis acknowledging that a Jefferson County Judge, Judge Mindy Walker ORDERED, via a Legal Document a Judicial Court Order to return Michael Allmain’s property to him (his dog Moses) and this bunch defied a court order.

Prosecuting Attorney Chris Ashcraft knew, and if not at the time then he knew through the email linked below forwarded to him by the City Attorney. It was all right there in my years worth of evidence he summed up in one sentence to City Attorney Heidi Greenwood. 

“Thanks. We knew this was out there. If people saw the pictures they would immediately see this is all fiction.”

Over a 100 pages of evidence of what Law Enforcement, his prosecuting attorneys, the public, and a local non-profit did and it's all cool cuz ya look at the pictures?  Which ones? The ones after a man had an accident with a dog? Or the chronic skin condition?

Prosecuting Attorney Chris Ashcraft did not even look at the Evidence. 

It was proven at trial that Michael Allmain’s dog Moses had a condition that was not able to be cured. It is all right there in the video and text trial transcript.

All the People, Government Agencies and Police involved spent years and well over a hundred thousand dollars, over 60k on legal expenses alone. They could have helped the Dog and kept the dog with his owner. They broke all kinds of laws and ethics violations. I emailed them all last November a Chronology of Events with a whole lot of proof that laws were broken at every level. 

They should have charged those involved, and cared about the laws and protocol violations, instead they simply discounted me. I am the Lady of The Untruth, and all that FOI, those emails, and documents of Evidence were “Fiction” says Chris Ashcraft Prosecuting Attorney Jefferson County Washington, all you have to do to know that those hundreds of pages of evidence are Fiction is look at the picture, presumably of the dog, but when?

Folks these guys are VERY corrupt, and ya it may be some dog, maybe you believe the dog needed to be taken and the man needed criminal charges and huge fines, however, it is clear from this chronology, these emails, the court transcripts, the long list of evidence that these guys got the prosecution they want through nefarious and illegal means, they DEFIED a Court Order and mocked the Judge for issuing it, and in no way did they get that dog or that prosecution by following the law, and it is clear they are above the law. This is How they Do it, and not just to “this guy”, whether you like or believe him or not.  They do it to Whoever they want for whatever reason they want. 

City Attorney Heidi Greenwood forwarded this email to Prosecuting Attorney Chris Ashcraft, he says that my Chronology is Fiction all you have to do is look at the pictures.  Yes, See I made up emails from Officers, I made up the impound Notice, and WOW I completely Forged a Judicial Order to Return Moses to Michael, All Fiction, if so I certainly should be in Jail. Right? I made up a Judge Order? I faked all those officer emails, prosecuting attorney emails? If all Fiction, Why Am I not in Jail Chris Ashcraft?  You may want to look into some criminal charges for me, maybe forgery or falsifying legal documents, emails and court orders. 

Yes photos of a Wolf Dog with a chronic skin condition.  A list with FOI evidence, trial transcripts, court orders NOT followed, and Jefferson County Prosecutor Ashcraft sums it all up with one word “Fiction”.

They Do not CARE about the Law Folks.  To them it is all about their own Emotions, who they like, who they value, who is worth persecuting and prosecuting and who is worth turning the other way.  "My name is Amy Sousa, I’m here because I am deeply concerned for this community. I’m concerned about the treatment that women/girls are being given by those on city leadership, and I am concerned for the community as a whole when the lack of respect given to women, specifically rape survivors is not only condoned, but applauded by those holding positions of power.

People on this city council have accused me of being hateful, a bigot, and a TERF, a slur which is associated with hundreds of thousands of some of the most graphic threats of violence against women. This slur was used both by mayor David Faber and by council member Libby Winstrom.

In the hierarchy of debate, the highest course is to refute the other person’s central point, next lower is to find a mistake in the other person’s argument, next presenting counterarguement, then contradiction, then responding to tone, going down to ad hominem and then finally the lowest possible response in a debate is name calling. This is apparently the level of debate that the leaders of the community hold themselves to.

In all the name calling I have received no one has made an attempt to grapple with my central point, which I will repeat for you now again in the hopes that we can have an actual conversation. The issue that I am pointing to is one of sexism. I observe that safeguarding necessitates that women/girls have protections on the basis of our sex, and boundaries around our bodies, the right of consent, privacy, safety & dignity. I refuse to deny the embodied sex based differences of men & women and I uphold that to deny these differences is SEXIST.

On August 15, I organized a press conference in order to speak to the physical needs of women/girls as a sex class. A mere 35 women gathered to listen to one another speak, and we were met with an angry mob of protesters who backed us into a brick wall, bullied us, harassed us, and silenced us.

The leadership of this community has been not just dismissive about the violence women were subjected to on August 15, but have even applauded it publicly. Is there a greater tragedy(irony?) then to have women who are speaking out about our need for privacy, safety and dignity, to have our dignity and safety trampled on by angry men who refuse to let women speak. This is regressive.

The recent proclamation called for by this council asked members of the community to be respectful, welcoming, and kind to everyone regardless of gender identity, I have never done otherwise. I can be respectful, welcoming, and kind to everyone and still ask for boundaries around my body and the needs of my physical sex respected.

Being a woman is not "who" I am by identity, it is WHAT I am physically experiencing. I do not claim boundaries for myself on the basis of my identity, but on the basis of my sex. I do not object to men in my spaces on the basis of their identity, but on the basis of their SEX.

Sex denialism is SEXISM. Denying women/girls provisions for our sex is sex based discrimination. This is a conversation I am planning to continue to have with all of you seated here today as well as with the wider community. Women/girls demand to center the needs of our bodies and we demand for these needs to be taken seriously politically."

I had no particular stance, as that is their life and I Believe Live and Let Live.  HOWEVER, Now I Know that they do not want me, nor other Woman or Men who Support them to be left to our belief, our boundaries our rights and they are willing to physically attack us, actually hurt and violently oppress and attack Elderly for their right to identify as a Woman. Now I Feel Different.

Now as a 52 year old Lesbian I Want NOTHING to do with Trans Women or those who support them. I find them violent, I am afraid of them physically. They are mean, cruel bullies and there is NOTHING Loving or Supportive About them. Now I have a totally different view on Love and Support, on the City of Port Townsend, the Port Townsend Police, the YMCA, Olympic Pride and all the local corporations, people and businesses that praise, condone, and support their violence.  And still Support it to this Day. October 1st 2022.

Piper Corbett of Propolis Port Townsend is the Queen of what is "Unacceptable" in our her Town. Piper Corbett and her Hate Group are the only ones who should be allowed to instill fear or have concerns. Arianna Patterson likens us to the KKK.

Piper Corbett Says the City of Port Townsend should not be advised of "potential violence". So Funny, our Group was NOT Violent.  The Group, I mean Lynch Mob that Piper was with on August 15th 2022 at the Julie Jaman Press Conference was Violent. It was and is the City of Port Townsend itself and those Governing Port Townsend (ya know the Ruling Class and their Hate Gang) that were the Violent Party. Yet they warned that we were coming back to town with protection so we could actually speak, and that was violent to them. 

Propolis Piper Corbett says there is no place to allow a hate group. However, there was plenty of room for a 400 member Hate Group to attack us in a 20-30 person group of mostly elders, of which Piper was part of.  The Hate Is Obvious, so why do so many believe that Hate is Love and Support? Must be something in the water that the Port Townsend Prominent People are Drinking. 

Piper says our Permit should be Revoked, see only Piper and her Hate Group are allowed, they were not even permitted, and yet mobbed us and that is all Legit.

Piper does not want people to "feel" "fear". First of all if they "feel" fear it is because of Flat Out Lies of who the Bad Guys were/are and secondly, it is fine if we feel terror and fear, if we are traumatized and bullied, injured and oppressed and they gaslight us after, no problem. See we are not human, we have no fear or feelings unless we believe the exact same as the Port Townsend Hate Group that Lynched us and continues to daily. 

It is pretty outrageous what is "acceptable" and what is "unacceptable" to Piper Corbett of Port Townsend. 

I agree, however, the City should NOT have Put us in this Position but non the less the City of Port Townsend did, along with the incited hate from the Olympic Peninsula YMCA, Olympic Pride, and the raging rabid Port Townsend Straight Liberals who attacked us, and continue to bully, invalidate, gaslight, and incite violence against us daily online.

They attack us we come back to stand up for ourselves and we are the KKK. They are the Hateful People, Clear and Obvious, yet we are painted out at the violent party, the KKK?

These men protected all of us women from all walks of life, belief, religion, parties, affiliations and lifestyles. They kept us safe from our oppressors, our attackers, our hate filled Port Townsend Government, Olympic Pride Terrorists, Trans Rights Activist Bullies, and Antifa Terrorists.

You can continue to Believe the Lie, or you can See, Hear, Think for Yourself and See the TRUTH is Plain, Simple, Obvious Common Sense.
