More FOI from the Michael Allman Case. Today we See an Email from November 29th, 2021 whereby Port Townsend City Attorney Heidi Greenwood eMails Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney Chris Ashcraft

And Notifies him of the Crimes Committed in the Allmain Case. She forwarded my eMail with the Chronology of Events showing what a Local Non-Profit and members of the Jefferson County Government and Law Enforcement Really Did. 

Prosecutor Ashcraft says it is Fiction. If So then I Say, I should be Arrested for all manner of Fraud and Forgery. 

The Michael Allmain Case Chronology I compiled from FOI Emails, Personal Experience and Testimony, Court Transcripts, Court Filings, News Outlets, and more, has Real Crimes Throughout. 

We see from the beginning Deputies lying to Michael Allmain, false impound notice, tons of calls from the public to harass Michael, not following law or protocol, we see Officer Wendy Davis setting up Michael Allmain, we see members of the public stalking and harassing Michael, we see prosecuting attorney Julie St. Marie working with Sara Penhallegon of Center Valley Animal Rescue to steal a homeless man's dog (private property), premeditated. I have shown the premeditation through Facebook Threads.

We see City Attorney Heidi Greenwood, Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy, Attorney Adam Karp, Sara Penhallegon of Center Valley Animal Rescue, and Officer Wendy Davis acknowledging that a Jefferson County Judge, Judge Mindy Walker ORDERED, via a Legal Document a Judicial Court Order to return Michael Allmain’s property to him (his dog Moses) and this bunch defied a court order.

Prosecuting Attorney Chris Ashcraft knew, and if not at the time then he knew through the email linked below forwarded to him by the City Attorney. It was all right there in my years worth of evidence he summed up in one sentence to City Attorney Heidi Greenwood. 

“Thanks. We knew this was out there. If people saw the pictures they would immediately see this is all fiction.”

Over a 100 pages of evidence of what Law Enforcement, his prosecuting attorneys, the public, and a local non-profit did and it's all cool cuz ya look at the pictures?  Which ones? The ones after a man had an accident with a dog? Or the chronic skin condition?

Prosecuting Attorney Chris Ashcraft did not even look at the Evidence. 

It was proven at trial that Michael Allmain’s dog Moses had a condition that was not able to be cured. It is all right there in the video and text trial transcript.

All the People, Government Agencies and Police involved spent years and well over a hundred thousand dollars, over 60k on legal expenses alone. They could have helped the Dog and kept the dog with his owner. They broke all kinds of laws and ethics violations. I emailed them all last November a Chronology of Events with a whole lot of proof that laws were broken at every level. 

They should have charged those involved, and cared about the laws and protocol violations, instead they simply discounted me. I am the Lady of The Untruth, and all that FOI, those emails, and documents of Evidence were “Fiction” says Chris Ashcraft Prosecuting Attorney Jefferson County Washington, all you have to do to know that those hundreds of pages of evidence are Fiction is look at the picture, presumably of the dog, but when?

Folks these guys are VERY corrupt, and ya it may be some dog, maybe you believe the dog needed to be taken and the man needed criminal charges and huge fines, however, it is clear from this chronology, these emails, the court transcripts, the long list of evidence that these guys got the prosecution they want through nefarious and illegal means, they DEFIED a Court Order and mocked the Judge for issuing it, and in no way did they get that dog or that prosecution by following the law, and it is clear they are above the law. This is How they Do it, and not just to “this guy”, whether you like or believe him or not.  They do it to Whoever they want for whatever reason they want. 

City Attorney Heidi Greenwood forwarded this email to Prosecuting Attorney Chris Ashcraft, he says that my Chronology is Fiction all you have to do is look at the pictures.  Yes, See I made up emails from Officers, I made up the impound Notice, and WOW I completely Forged a Judicial Order to Return Moses to Michael, All Fiction, if so I certainly should be in Jail. Right? I made up a Judge Order? I faked all those officer emails, prosecuting attorney emails? If all Fiction, Why Am I not in Jail Chris Ashcraft?  You may want to look into some criminal charges for me, maybe forgery or falsifying legal documents, emails and court orders.

 "My name is Amy Sousa, I’m here because I am deeply concerned for this community. I’m concerned about the treatment that women/girls are being given by those on city leadership, and I am concerned for the community as a whole when the lack of respect given to women, specifically rape survivors is not only condoned, but applauded by those holding positions of power.

People on this city council have accused me of being hateful, a bigot, and a TERF, a slur which is associated with hundreds of thousands of some of the most graphic threats of violence against women. This slur was used both by mayor David Faber and by council member Libby Winstrom.

In the hierarchy of debate, the highest course is to refute the other person’s central point, next lower is to find a mistake in the other person’s argument, next presenting counterarguement, then contradiction, then responding to tone, going down to ad hominem and then finally the lowest possible response in a debate is name calling. This is apparently the level of debate that the leaders of the community hold themselves to.

In all the name calling I have received no one has made an attempt to grapple with my central point, which I will repeat for you now again in the hopes that we can have an actual conversation. The issue that I am pointing to is one of sexism. I observe that safeguarding necessitates that women/girls have protections on the basis of our sex, and boundaries around our bodies, the right of consent, privacy, safety & dignity. I refuse to deny the embodied sex based differences of men & women and I uphold that to deny these differences is SEXIST.

On August 15, I organized a press conference in order to speak to the physical needs of women/girls as a sex class. A mere 35 women gathered to listen to one another speak, and we were met with an angry mob of protesters who backed us into a brick wall, bullied us, harassed us, and silenced us.

The leadership of this community has been not just dismissive about the violence women were subjected to on August 15, but have even applauded it publicly. Is there a greater tragedy(irony?) then to have women who are speaking out about our need for privacy, safety and dignity, to have our dignity and safety trampled on by angry men who refuse to let women speak. This is regressive.

The recent proclamation called for by this council asked members of the community to be respectful, welcoming, and kind to everyone regardless of gender identity, I have never done otherwise. I can be respectful, welcoming, and kind to everyone and still ask for boundaries around my body and the needs of my physical sex respected.

Being a woman is not "who" I am by identity, it is WHAT I am physically experiencing. I do not claim boundaries for myself on the basis of my identity, but on the basis of my sex. I do not object to men in my spaces on the basis of their identity, but on the basis of their SEX.

Sex denialism is SEXISM. Denying women/girls provisions for our sex is sex based discrimination. This is a conversation I am planning to continue to have with all of you seated here today as well as with the wider community. Women/girls demand to center the needs of our bodies and we demand for these needs to be taken seriously politically."

Piper Corbett Says the City of Port Townsend should not be advised of "potential violence". So Funny, our Group was NOT Violent.  The Group, I mean Lynch Mob that Piper was with on August 15th 2022 at the Julie Jaman Press Conference was Violent. It was and is the City of Port Townsend itself and those Governing Port Townsend (ya know the Ruling Class and their Hate Gang) that were the Violent Party. Piper says our Permit should be Revoked, see only Piper and her Hate Group are allowed, they were not even permitted, and yet mobbed us and that is all Legit.

Piper does not want people to "feel" "fear". First of all if they "feel" fear it is because of Flat Out Lies of who the Bad Guys were/are and secondly, it is fine if we feel terror and fear, if we are traumatized and bullied, injured and oppressed and they gaslight us after, no problem. What happened here in Port Townsend and who is bringing this dark, in-humane, ruthless energy is happening all over the world right now. It is IMPORTANT that you pick a side per se.

 You do this in your own mind and heart by thinking for yourself and deciding what you believe for you personally, what matters for you, and what kind of world you want to live in moving forward? 

We cannot have this next level of much needed change for the good, if we do not first understand what has happened and is happening now. They State their Version of Reality over and over, my intention is to show you enough footage and plenty of their own words to show you what is the Real Narrative, what is really happening. 

So many believe whatever their party, their government, their politicians, their legal system tells them and do not LOOK with their Own Eyes, nor do their own research.

It is important that you understand who represents the Dark in energy and who represents the Light. With enough proof of what happened, you can make an informed decision. To me this is Spiritual. As you cannot Choose the Light if you don’t know the Truth.

If you believe the bad guys per se, their version of reality and cannot see for yourself then you create a world where they, the dark rules and literally creates the reality that is your world.

I believe this choice is for the Soul of Humanity. I Believe you can’t really choose until first you see what happened. This Port Townsend Antifa smackdown and those in government, local businesses, Corporations and Private Citizens that aligned with them call it love, call it support of the Trans Community, call it LGBTQ support, call it beautiful.

I want you to decide if you believe it was supporting, loving and beautiful and if that is the Community you Want, the Government You want, the Life you want for you and your family.

This is not about any one particular Religion or Spirituality. However it is imperative that you have a spiritual connection, a divine connection, a Christ Consciousness Connection, as this is Spiritual Warfare. 

These folks who are so cruel and de-humanize those of us at the Julie Jaman Press Conference and the Stand for Decency Rally, do not represent Love and Support of the LGBTQ Community, that is a Flat Out Cruel Lie.  They are mostly, from what I have seen, Straight White Liberals. 

They claim to be part of the Rainbow and supporting, yet the Julie Jaman Press Conference half of the speakers were represented in that LGBTQ Community.  A third at least, of us, were Gay Men, Lesbians, and Bi-Sexuals at the Stand for Decency Rally. 

So when the Cruel Heartless Angry Violent people of Port Townsend say they are aligning in support of Gay Men, Lesbains, and Bi-Sexuals YOU know that is no where near the truth of their Dark Alignments, they must by under some hypnotic spell to think they are loving us and supporting us by dehumanizing us, hurting us, silencing us, bullying us, gaslighting us and physciall hurting us, then saying our injury did not happen and if it did we staged it, we deserved it and our pain rings hollow. ( their actual words, I will be posting soon)

You are Choosing Worlds right now. Right there in your own Heart, Mind and Soul. 

It is my Belief that the reminder out there that are following some narrative not their own, will awaken to the Good, the Light, the Sacred and Divine, Once they See that their Group, Party, Religion, Henny Penny, Local Business or Citizen are not telling them the Truth.

A Spiritual Connection is Imperative. These Bad Guys have Dehumanized those who do not follow their party line, their narrative. They act and speak as if we don’t feel pain, we don’t bleed, we cannot be injured. They are cruel and heartless and lack basic human decency. It is important for you to see what they are doing and saying so you can decide in your own mind and heart what you believe moving forward, as this is KEY to create the Version of Life, the Timeline, the Reality we, YOU, move into next.

Stand for Decency Rally Port Townsend Washington September 3rd 2022. Woman Goes Off on Port Townsend Police for not Protecting Her, and for "letting" a "Hate Group" into her F-ing Town.

Lesbians, Violence to Conservatives who had NOTHING to do with any of it, Violence to Elders in their Community and the men their supporting us. And they call their Victims, me one of them, the Hate Group.

They want to FORCE us to LOVE Transwomen in our naked space, and they give us NO Respect, No Equality. They make the Laws and they are Above the Law.

The Julie Jaman Press Conference had Speakers that spoke positive of Women and Equal Rights, and I even spoke of the Values of PRIDE. They shouting us all down violently, our ears hurt for days. We shook while trying to speak. We were traumatized for weeks. And harassed by Liberals in the community that whole time and they are still gaslighting and abusing us to this day.

She chews out the Port Townsend Police for not Being Diligent, yet they sure were being Diligent when they made her put her knives away just before the Rally started, and the NOT Hate Group got there. 

What was She going to Do with the Knives? Intimidate? Hurt? What?

I was at Both Events, NEITHER were Hate in ANY way on the Side of the Permitted Group. 

Both times the ONLY Hate came from the Liberals, The Trans Rights Activists, Antifa, the Olympic Pride Community, the Port Townsend Council Members, the Mayer, the City Manager, the Local Liberals Rage. 

THE HATEFUL PARTIES ARE OBVIOUS 

THE VIOLENT PEOPLE ARE OBVIOUS 

So many follow the Hive Mind, and do not use Common Sense and look at the proof and make clear logical conclusions, they simply tell us we are the Hate Group, We are the Fascists, We are the Bigots and Homophobes, we are Racists and they Do NOT look at actual evidence to the contrary. 

I am a Fascist Because I Do Not want a Dictator Dictating My Life or Forcing me By Proclamation to Deny Intuition, Boundaries, Personal Rights and to LOVE who they Demand I Love. 

These Dictators Call Us Fascists. Clearly they do not know the Definition of the Words as they are the ones Forcing Us to Conform with their Beliefs by Law, by Proclamation in a town we live in. They are ruling over us as Dictators violently and calling us the Dictators. 

Dictators in Port Townsend are the ENTIRE Port Townsend Government at EVERY Level, the Rageful Unkind Olympic Pride Community, the Violent Trans Rights Activists, Antifa and the Port Townsend Liberal Community in general for some reason.

They continue to Yell at us that they are Kind. They have online conversations calling us mentally ill fascists, as they strive to DICTATE our lives. 

The Mayor David Friend in the video below is complaining about a man intimidating her, and calls us a Hate Group. Though we are there protesting the HATE that was put on us by hundreds in our face violently intimidating us. Oh the Irony and Hypocrisy right?

This is her F-ing town and she does not approve of the police not watching her every move to protect her from "intimidation" by filming her as she filmed him.

She is filming Us, and she is mad when someone is filming her. Oh the Irony, we were there Protesting hundreds mobbing us, in our face, touching us, pushing into our body right up in our face. And she has an issue with ONE person to close and so much so she gets in the face of the police, actually touches the police disrespectfully, WOW indeed. 

Oh and this is my Fing town and the Police let in a Hate Group. 

We were NOT a Hate Group, we were Standing UP TO THE HATE GROUPS in Port Townsend, the Hateful City Council, the Hateful Liberals that mobbed us, Olympic Pride Terrorists who attacked us with bikes Pride Flags and Poles, to Protest what the city incited and praised Antifa to do to us And this David Faber friend calls us the Hate Group. 

I Think to anyone not hypnotized within the hive mind, you can easily see who is inciting hate and violence, it is OBVIOUS.

Pride Muzzle Man was at the Rally for Decency as Well. Seems to me the same guy, he stands the same, same body type, and fake longer hair. So I compared photos and well not much of a disguise, Dude has the same logo on his hat, just a brown hat instead of a black hat. Sure seems to have on the Same Watch. Same Fake Braid, same bulge under shirt, and clearly an earpiece.  So why bother with a disguise.

Woman Who Claimed to Be David Faber's Friend, is Going to Put the Knives in the Building.

Woman who in other Officer Cam footage chewed out the police for not protecting her and not keep an eye on things to protect the community, is seen in this video where clearly the Officers were being very diligent, and she is going to put the knives inside the building. 

They claim the knives are because they live in the woods, and if someone saw expandable batons that was because of the workers at the business. This is the back of the Building across from the Cotton Building Downtown Port Townsend , the Anchor Bar is the business in the front of this building. 

Then they claim they are there because they care about the "community". The woman in this video said we were a hate group in "her" town. Half of us at the Rally live here, and we were there to protest what the City of Port Townsend, Antifa, Trans Rights Activists and Olympic Pride did to us. We are part of the community they claim to care about.
