Michael Allmain FINALLY gets a communication from Officer Wendy Davis of Port Townsend, of which Michael got immediately after it was sent, he has 5 days, well 3 now on a weekend, 3 months into all this, to come up with $2400 or his dog will be adopted out, (GIVE AWAY) or put down. Ya WOW Right.  Jefferson County Washington, City of Port Townsend. This Story continues.. check out the letter, I read it here in video and you know me by now, got lot's more on my mind to ramble about on all this. 

REMEDY Offered Allegedly per Law, per Port Townsend Code. 3 months later is NOT Feasible, anyway here is the $2500 Remedy, and what I call extorting the Port Townsend Homeless, and getting business for Center Valley Vet Chimacum.

February 22, 2021 UPDATE. Officer Wendy Gives Michael Allmain yet ANOTHER Hurdle, oh and Center Valley Vet seems to be into EXTORTED the Port Townsend Homeless.

Story of How the City of Port Townsend Took a Homeless Man's Dog, and seems like some sort of racket to extort the homeless to the benefit of Center Valley Vet seemingly in civil conspiracy with, the Prominent People, the Do Gooders, The City of Port Townsend, and Jefferson County ... and who knows who ELSE.

Moses the Magical Dog, Michael's FAMILY and best friend SIMPLY Disappeared.

Now it is known what happened yet Jefferson County Washington, and prosecuting attorney Chris Ashcraft will not give this man information on his case, simply told there was criminal charges being filed against him. 

No word on the dog, no word on what action to take.  No visitation. This man's best friend, his family, his asset STOLEN by the City of Port Townsend. No End in Sight, no Course of Action to take, No Solutions. Simply, in my opinion, a discrimination, a prejudice against this man that violates his civil rights and his human rights as well as animal rights.

Picture this, You buy a dog, your money, a puppy, you raise the dog, your asset, your best friend, your family, your time, your life and the City of Port Townsend, Jefferson County Washington STEALS your dog, claiming unproven abuse, holds the dog hostage in some mysterious location and give NO SOLUTION to get it back, give NO Information on what can be done. Why? my guess is he is homeless and they don't care or they don't feel homeless people have rights or will have anyone to speak up for them or their family.  (his dog Moses)

I, Reverend Crystal Cox, have personally attested that Michael Allmain has not, did not and does not abuse his dog. And I have spoken to many who saw this guy and this dog around town for years, downtown, in front of Port Townsend Safeway, at the parks, and various other locations.

People seem to think if you are homeless your dog is suffering. Thing is from what I have seen, homeless people spend more time, more training with their dogs for the simple first reason that they have the time to do so, and they have small sleeping quarters. 

People that are homeless with dogs have a closer relationship in my opinion and from what I have seen. Every day all the time type of relationship, and sleeping close every night kind of relationship.

I have seen comments that Michael should not have a dog unless he lives in a more "stable" environment. So odd to me as people whose dogs sleep in the garage, or dog house or even another room in the house don't spend every day sleep time with their dog. People who work, or run around for various reasons are not with their dog all the time. HOMELESS PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY WITH THEIR DOG ALL THE TIME.  To me this is more stable, more training, more connected. 

Do Homeless People have less rights? 

So what if you live in a home or car. You have property rights, you have human rights, you have civil rights.  Why is there a Prejudice if you live in a car vs. a house? Things to Think About. 

The City of Port Townsend STOLE this man's dog. He bought the dog, raised the Dog and has been victim of serious misunderstanding, injustice, prejudice, and in my opinion civil and human rights violations.

the “taking action” part of the Moses and Michael story

The goal is to first get Moses (Michael’s dog), back with Michael. Then we will go from there on assisting them BOTH as a “Family Unit”. And possible legal action against the city. One step at a time, and that’s getting this family back together.

Today I sent a sworn affidavit to the Port Townsend Police and to the County Attorney. If you have first hand knowledge of Michael Allmain, please consider emailing a sworn statement to the county attorney, to emails below that you feel may be appropriate.

You can write up a statement of Michael’s character, and OR if you have first hand knowledge of how Michael was with his dog, or related character knowledge then please consider filing a sworn affidavit in the case.

I am posting this here and on my Port Townsend News site, as I am having a lot of interest from people all over that want to help Michael. And want to know what action they can take. Who they can call, who they can email to reunite this family.

“The city took my service animal from me , the community I used to call home and worked for lived in and respected over 15 years has failed me ,

I will hold everyone involved responsible from the infiltration of activists who would rather spend thousands keeping tabs on me and stressing me out to the point of considering suicide, then to be a caring community and put me to work , to the non licensed for domestic animals vet he should have not been sent to but the owner has wanted him for over a year and put her money to work to bully ,rob , and ruin my life , to the ones who ignored and avoided all contact with me for 2 weeks acting more like thieves then professionals, as well as the few (un mentioned) member's of law enforcement who gained my trust just to strip the only thing I had left right as the holidays were around the corner ,

I had no idea humanity could be so cold , my dog was taken care of never went without food or water and every instance the could bend the truth and deceive the higher ups they took but they arnt getting any consequences for psychotherapeutic invasion tactics forced on me and my service animal,  I will be a good boy and jump through the political hoops with there teams running the show but if that fails I am going to exercise my right to protest and go on a hunger strike until my companion is returned or until the inevitable occurs, 

I'm tired of being an escape goat for peoples fears and entitlement and without my dog and the way my community attacks me again and again I have no reason to stay around and watch humanity fail , to support me repost this as they will remove it knowing I'm telling truth and in the meantime while I await court I plan to go out of county and get a mental health assessment (Again ) and another IQ test to show I am 100 percent sane and have an IQ of over 180. I also posted this would happen many months ago and my concerns for the people-groups that were following me and plan to put a stop to it either with the truth or with my life I am not the only one who suffers from the hands of uptown thugs and won't rest until justice serves truth”

“I did see that I belive my post was removed as was the post I sent to cvr's website after the accident of moses and my reunion that they took down saying it was to graphic though they had posted bloody pictures of him and those were not , they then infiltrated my life everyday after that intending to use psychotherapy practices to make me look insane and nearly succeeded until recently I went to get our home situated and someone trespassed in the yard he was staying and set him loose , he then went straight to the dog park to play and was apprehended, if my dog wasn't publicized and such an amazing and extremely well mannered disposition none of this would be happening but everyone wants my animal because I raised him well and spent years training him , 

I think his disposition alone reflects the truth in how he was cared for , but again people with money and entitlement judge me from there own delusional thoughts and fears and again we suffer at there hands because politics and wealth persuade many people over love compassion respect and truth , but no more this time I'm standing up for myself and my remaining family member and am going to put a stop to it one way or another its unfortunate we even have to 15 years ago when I moved here it was a much different place since then my entire family besides 3 have passed and the remaining are not with me and the support I get from the community is less then I would receive in a freaking prison, and it really makes life unpleasant every second of every day. 

I've never treated another human being wrong even if they deserved I've alway carried myself honesty and with empathy, CVR never once returned a call and wouldn't even give me his bill I had over 500 dollars from a go fund me page that I respectfully returned all the money to the donors without taking a penny , being homeless at the time I think that also speaks volumes about my character, but we look I've in a world that only wants to see drama in everything they do to avoid all there shortcomings rather then admitting the truth”

Homelessness Can Be Eradicated - Fight Big Real Estate with Nithya Raman. Homelessness in a Community, a County, a State is a CLEAR sign of Local Priorities Period.

Homelessness is a matter of priority for ANY community. Homelessness is an EASY FIX. Instead communities, most all government agencies and non-profits make it hard for people to get into housing. They “think” they are creating a way for people to get and stay in housing, however they are missing the basics such as a welcome bathroom, a welcome shower. A place to simply “be”. This are easy fixes and most communities make it a big “study”, a mental health issue and so many more “things” that are not the reason we are homeless, nor the reason we stay homeless. More money to bathrooms and showers and less to the wages and the studies to figure us out. Focus on the FIX.  The homeless can’t fix this from the place of homelessness.  Those in charge of local real estate development, local law, local non-profits, they are the issue, they are the disconnect. It is a matter of Focus, of Priority.

Block Grants for the PT Paper Mill to poison our water and air, 10 million gallons of water a day they could do many other productive things with, instead the PT paper mill gets it for free along with public monies, why? They say to create jobs. However, instead, the grants, the money could go directly to the people instead of to big corporations owned outside of PT to make big money for them, using your local tax dollars for FREE.

Homelessness is a matter of what a local community prioritizes.

You have had EQUAL Rights Legally by a High Court Precedent since January of 2014.

My First Amendment Court Case was the First of it’s kind to get a High Court decision that Gave ALL Bloggers, Citizen Journalist, and Whistle blowers EQUAL rights to that of the highest paid Journalist in the highest of institutional press.

Now Retraction Laws, Shield Laws, and the First Amendment APPLIES to ALL Bloggers, Citizen Journalists and Whistleblowers EQUAL to the highest paid Journalists of the biggest media outlets in the world.

All sides fought me, threatened me, belittled me, defamed me, pressured me to quit, harassed me, gang stalked me, investigators followed me, my emails were hacked and watched daily, and I was under constant threat for years and years to hold onto this Legal Precedent for YOU to Have YOUR Voice.

In my court case, Obsidian v. Cox there was No Criminal Extortion. This was made up by the Opposition to attempt to Stop me from proceeding to the high court. And to attempt to suppress ALL of  your voices as a matter of Law. It was a Set Up by a group of attorneys, judges and big media with varying agendas.

For those who believe there was Extortion in the Crystal Cox Case, ask yourself Why None of these Court Officials, Attorneys, Judges, Cops, FBI Agents, Homeland Security, or any party private or public filed ANY criminal charges in any way so that there could be a True Investigation as to the allegations against me by Big Media. Large Law Firms, Groups of Attorneys and High Court Judges.  This was ALL to Deny the constitutional rights of Citizen Journalists, Investigative Bloggers, and Whistleblowers and to attempt to discredit the true to the best of my knowledge reporting I was doing, in that case, on Portland Oregon Judicial and Bankruptcy Court Corruption.

There was no Lies. All I reported was True to the best of my knowledge and remains to be true though I have removed the blogs per a lower court settlement.  I had got the Precedent that changed the world. I had made it to my Finish Line, my Goal and from there I let go of the battle to bring down Portland Oregon Bankruptcy Corruption.

I exposed Corruption for decades to the absolute best of my ability and with the whole truth and nothing but the truth to the best of my knowledge and ability.  Now it is your turn to TELL YOUR STORY.

Many of the Articles out there about my Case, are Distorted, Jaded, Biased, Hate Filled and Flat Out False. There are some aspects to many of the news articles about my case that I do like, so it’s worth reading through to find the golden nuggets.

The First Amendment court case, Obsidian vs. Cox is cited around the world in courts large and small. This Legal Precedence has changed the world and gave YOU a platform to ROAR, so Do IT. ROAR.

I was Pro Se in the Lower Court. Meaning I represented myself, acting as my own attorney. I did so for one I did not have money for an attorney, and I did so as I knew that an attorney would force me to settle, to bow out and therefore STOP the case moving to the highest court possible and forcing a high court ruling as to what rights bloggers have / had as compared to the rights of the institutional press.

Remember that when one goes to the Ninth Circuit, attorney or not, there is no legal case citing or information allowed that was not stated, named, created in the lower court case. So my attorney could not enter new case law, but could only use what I had already used.  I chose Eugene Volokh deliberately for this task.

So, in Port Townsend minimum wage went up to 11$, they say. I went in to Elevated Ice Cream downtown, today, to get ice cream and the prices have went way way up.

I said, $8.87 for 2 scoops of ice cream, really? wow. She said well in the last election that minimum wage went up from 8 to 11 and so their prices went up across the board. So if you go somewhere often then prices up, well then you don't go and then do they stay in business, not sure. Same thing last week was 2-3$ cheaper, thats a HUGE percentage raise in price.  Guess they want to punish the voters but how will they stay in business with such a hike in ice cream. You can get a whole pint for 3$ at the store, Which is twice as much or more then 2 scoops. I can get a pint of Organic for less then $6. How can people afford this?

I am not even sure that minimum wage is inacted yet until January. Hmmm..

If you NEED Alcohol Every Day, you are an Alcoholic. If you drink the minute you get home and all the way to bed, you are dependent on Alcohol. You are an emotional, physical, and / or psychology Alcoholic.

If most or ALL of your leisure activities have alcohol. YOU are an Alcoholic. Your kids know this, your friends know this. So you get friends who drink like you so it looks "ok" and it "looks" NORMAL or even the thing to do. That's Bull. It is NOT Ok to Drink everyday, every night. Especially if you have kids. You think you don't change, but YOU DO. Your talk, your words, the rules, your walk, your tone. It ALL changes and you don't even know.

I have been around those who drink a minimum of 6 beers a day, or 4 glasses of wine a night. They think they are not alcoholics but they change when they drink. That's alcoholism. My dad would drink a gallon of whiskey sometimes in a few days. Then not drink for weeks or months. Some family would go through a gallon of whiskey every few days and never run out, even if food and milk ran out, the whiskey never did. And they think this is ok, this is good parenting. It is NOT. Nothing I can do but heal that in me from my childhood and the family that does it now, I can only walk away, say a pray and leave it to God.

Port Townsend has Ammonia in the Air PERIOD. 

Port Townsend Paper is poisoning people, period. And they say oh the jobs. WR Grace did the same thing and my family suffered and suffers from Asbestos related lung disease, bone cancers and more.  They worked at the plant, brought the poison home to their kids and all for MONEY, all to make a living.  The kids were sick often, red under their eyes, but hey they have food, crappy food, food they are allergic too or can't eat but are forced to eat but oh well it's food. 

It is not speculation, it is fact. I have read the documents that so many ignore. I would NEVER raise kids in that air, and I certainly would not work there and bring home toxins as my family did. And on top of that they chain smoked cigerettes because they were so stressed and that made their body and health problems worse and their kids. And well they were miserable so they drank whiskey all day every day. No matter the time of day they walked in, they drank. Then they say oh I can't afford better food, can't afford your sports shoes. And the cycle went on and on. So many of them passed away in pain, with oxygen tanks and worse. Most of us had or have heart issues from second hand smoke. Cars, furniture, clothes, hugs, and even to talk to them, we got second hand smoke and a lifetime of problems related to it. 

I have interviewed many who left Port Townsend because their child's health was so bad, and they had chronic lung and sinus issues. Most ignore it and call it the smell of money. Money for WHO? Its survival for them, along with stress, bad food, whiskey, cigarettes and well they can pay the rent, but we live out their choices as their children. WR Grace in Libby Montana just as the Port Townsend Paper Mill, they did small things for the community and they provided jobs. They lied about KNOWN toxins just as the PT Paper Mill. Ignorance may be bliss to some, but for me I would never expose my children's lungs to such a life, or to alcoholism, cigarettes and food lacking nutrients. To me it a matter of priority, and I choose healthy air, not to be an alcoholic, not to smoke, and to eat whole foods, to create the money to eat whole good foods and not empty poison foods.

So many of my family members still do such. They eat cheap or free food. Food that is not good for them or their children and they whine about how they can't afford better. Yet they chain smoke and get a gallon of whiskey a week and seem to have plenty of money for that. 

They don't play with their kids. Its all about football, cigs and whiskey. This is so rampant, and certainly not just in my family. However, it is NOT my life nor will it ever be. I vibrate much higher than that. Even in Poverty.  With no money I still eat healthy, still don't drink or smoke. It's never been me. I don't understand those who drink and smoke all day every single day. WHY? Is their life that bad? Do they not think their kids know, worry about them, know they are alcoholics? Do they not know that they talk different to the kids and others after they drink. The rules change, the talk, the information. How can kids do what parents want if they are drunk all the time. Ya highly functioning alcoholics but non-the less Alchoholics.  And so odd they think it's ok to drink whiskey as if it is milk and smell of smoke constantly, even with babies and young children around. Nothing I can do but pray for the children. Its not my choices that's for sure.

Anyway it is quite shocking to see family still turning to toxic jobs for survival, and making toxic choices right along with it. Instead of using that job to better their life, they continue drinking non-stop, smoking non-stop, eating food that they and their kids are actually allergic to and they don't know and well the cycle goes on. It's never been that way for me, even at homeless and poverty, I still never turned to drugs, cigarettes, alcohol and if I had kids well I would not even have got to experience poverty or homeless but would have kept my businesses. So ya, I try not to judge, but it heavies my heart at times. Especially when I see family or talk to family in that same toxic cycle, blind alcoholics poisoning their children and those around them seemingly thinking we all don't know, or that its somehow ok.

The Port Townsend Paper Mill AIR is not ok. Ya Jobs, so what, there are jobs at Big Pharma, Oncologist Jobs, Mercenary Jobs, Spraying Pesticides, and many jobs that harm or kill people. You Choose to do them and support that or NOT. You have CHOICE every day.

Just because you make more money there, does not mean its best for your Family, nor Mother Earth and her animals and people.

David Peterson; Ethics complaint filed against Port Townsend government; City Council to take up matter today

"PORT TOWNSEND — A former restaurateur has filed a complaint against the city of Port Townsend, alleging that city government violated its own code of ethics and did not follow procedures during an eviction process.

“Metaphorically, there is lead in Port Townsend waters,” said Mark Cole, who owned and operated the Upstage Restaurant and Bistro at 923 Washington St. from 2008 until it closed in 2013.

“This is about an abuse of power and city employees using the law for their own benefit. They lied to me and I don't want to see that happening anywhere else.”

In his complaint, Cole alleges that David Peterson — who in 2008 took ownership of the Terry Building, which housed Upstage — used his official position as city engineer for his own benefit, with the complicity of the city staff and the City Council. 

“David Peterson, through his own actions and the actions and nonactions of the Building Department and the city manager secured special privileges and exemptions,” the complaint reads.

Cole said these violations include a lack of supervision, reduced requirements, protection from the disclosure of wrongful acts, and assistance in concealing wrongful acts.

In the ethics complaint, Cole states that Peterson received favored treatment from Timmons, by the Building Department, city employees, and potentially some City Council members.

He cites city code that reads that an employee should not benefit from any “action or non-action” due his position, and said that Peterson provided no written disclosures as to his personal involvement in the case and that city staff expedited the project's permit process.

“No official documents indicate any query of Dave Peterson,” the complaint reads. “[He] did benefit from the City actions or non-actions due his position.”

Peterson declined comment about the situation beyond an email saying “the facts will speak for themselves when this is taken up by the outside hearing officer.”

City Manager David Timmons had a nearly identical comment, saying “I will let the facts speak for themselves.”

Meeting today

The matter will be addressed at the next regular City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m. today in chambers at historic City Hall, 540 Water St.

At that meeting, City Attorney Steve Gross will ask the council to appoint Seattle attorney Peter Eglick as the ethics hearing officer, which would be in effect from Wednesday through Dec. 31.

Cole previously filed a breach of contract action against Peterson that was mediated and settled with a $130,000 payment.

Cole owned and operated the Upstage as a 150-seat venue at the end of an alley, and it soon became a popular music venue. 

The club was at the peak of its popularity in early 2013 when Peterson disclosed plans to upgrade the building by building a pizza restaurant on the building's first floor, directly above the Upstage, with plans to install a connected kitchen.

Cole closed the restaurant June 9, 2013 for an expected three-week upgrade.

It never reopened, as Peterson began eviction proceedings against Cole, claiming Cole's neglect led to water damage and dry rot that became apparent when the floor was removed.

In his ethics complaint, Cole said Peterson fabricated this information and that he was not responsible for the damage. 

Plans dropped

In the meantime, Peterson abandoned plans to build the restaurant as it would have required increasing the weight capacity of its floor, which is also the Upstage's ceiling.

This represented the second setback for Peterson, who planned a similar rehabilitation of the Undertown Cafe but found that it could not house a legal kitchen.

Cole filed the ethics complaint using records assembled in preparation for the breach of contract complaint.

The 58-page document of he complaint— viewable at tinyurl.com/PDN-Cole — contains emails, court documents and planning documents annotated with Cole's comments.

The Upstage property has been vacant since its closing, while the building's upper floor now hosts a beauty salon and a tattoo parlor.

The timing for the ethics process is undetermined, according to city code.

Eglick, who in May determined that a three-part ethics complaint against Port Angeles City Attorney Bill Bloor over fluoridation of that city's water supply was without merit, will schedule hearing times, hear witnesses and determine the Port Townsend complaint's veracity.

Named in complaint

Current city employees named in the complaint are Peterson, Timmons, Director of Public Works Kenneth Clow and Building Inspector Michael Hoskins.

Past employees named are City Attorney John Watts and Director of Community Services Rick Sepler.

Current City Council members Mayor Deborah Stinson, Deputy Mayor Catharine Robinson, Michelle Sandoval and Robert Gray are named along with past Mayor David King, past Deputy Mayor Kris Nelson and former member Mark Welch.

Regular procedure is for the council to receive and act on the ethics officer's recommendation, but the city does not have anyone in that position, requiring the hiring of outside council.

“Some of the council has been named [in the complaint], I've been named along with staff,” Timmons said.

“If it was just staff I would do the investigation, but because we've all been named we have to outsource it.”

On Friday, Timmons said he has not yet read the complaint and intended to do so sometime this week.

“It is what it is, and we need to find out what the attorney wants us to do,” he said.

“All of my actions are part of the record.”
