911 calls kept coming in, as the Port Townsend Police Refused to Help.

 Alexander French, the Most Innocent Man in the World. Alex French assaulted us at the Julie Jaman Press Conference. Alex French harassed us, sabotaged our speakers, ripped items off our bodies. He is over 6 ft tall and very strong. 

The Port Townsend Police stood by and watched. Alex French recently plead GUILTY for one of that assaults, pressing into Julie Jaman. 

The Prosecutor or some mysterious authority lowered the charge to disorderly conduct. Of Which Alex Was Charged with. GUILTY.

From What I have Seen I do not Believe there are ANY Victims Rights in Port Townsend or Jefferson County Washington. The VICTIMS seem to be Blamed, Scolded, and Gaslighted by every Official everywhere.

What is the Point Of 911? I thought 911 was to call for help from Law Enforcement. I thought 911 was to call the Police when you are being assaulted or say in need of “Law Enforcement”. Yet 911 Dispatch Says you are calling for Law Enforcement? What Am I supposed to Do? WOW. This Gal is in the Wrong Job in my Opinion.

You're loud, you're yelling in my ear, STOP Yelling, says Jefferson County Washington Dispatch. Not the right job for her, clearly people being hurt, assaulted or experiencing Trauma, such as those who would call 911, are going to be a bit loud. 

See around 20 of us were being assaulted, by a violent mob of around 400 people. They were screaming, blowing air horns, playing sirens and all manner of extremely loud painful noise. The Caller in that Crowd was trying to hear the 911 Dispatch Operator, and was trying to talk over that mob, dispatch was NOT calming but instead yelled at the caller to Stop Yelling. The Caller in the crowd among those of us being assaulted, Apologized to Dispatch for Being Loud. WOW Right. Seriously Wrong Job. 

Dispatch Says Law Enforcement is Down There. Caller says I am sure they are here somewhere. But I cannot see them around anywhere near where we are. 

Like a Stern Parent, Dispatch Says LISTEN. 

“Where are You” Says Dispatch. Caller Already Told You.

You Can hear Screaming in the Background as we are being assaulted. Dispatch has no compassion and Is NOT Listening to the Caller.

JeffCom911 In Jefferson County Washington has the attached Photo on their Website. What a Crock. The Dispatch Was NOT a Calm Voice in the Dark On August 15th 2022. 

Dispatch was So Rude and Condescending to the Callers. Even Told a Caller to Lower her Voice as 400 people assaulted us, yelling so loud we could not speak. 

911 was not a soothing helpful voice, but instead accusing, abusive, blaming, authoritarian, bullying. Listen to the 911 Calls from that Night posted on this Blog. Jefferson County Washington Dispatch was NOT Calming, but instead Gaslighting, as we were scared and being assaulted by a Violent Mob.

Dispatch was Getting So many Calls they seemed to just pick up the phone and say,

“Are You Reporting the Assault at Pope Marine Park”? Yet No Assault Charges were even sent to the Prosecutor's Office.  Dispatch Says Can you See Law Enforcement?

YA 911 DISPATCH WE SAW THEM STAND THERE AND DO NOTHING. We went up to them one by one begging for help. They did NOTHING. 

“Is Law Enforcement There, Can you go and talk to Law Enforcement”? says Dispatch. As we were assaulted by hundreds of people, the Port Townsend Police Watched.  

Why Yes Indeed Dispatch They were there and Yes We did “Go and Talk”. They Scoffed.

Over and Over, Caller after Caller, Dispatch Says, “Can You Go and Talk to Law Enforcement that is On Scene”. We DID Go to the Police for Help, they DID nothing. 

We had NO Rights, No Protection. 

There were 11 of us speakers and a dozen or so supporters. We were mobbed, assault by 400 people. And Port Townsend thinks they are a Human Rights City? 

Dispatch Says, “Law Enforcement is there on Scene”.  Well So What, they let it happen and FOI shows Chief Olson was part of inciting the mob along with City Manager John Mauro, City Attorney Heidi Greenwood, Olympic Pride, Beau Ohlgren Quimper Unitarian Universalist, Mayor David Fabor, Councilwoman Libby Wennstrom, a whole lot of community members, the Port Townsend YMCA, Rowen DeLuna, Wendy Bart CEO, Kate Dean Commission, and more.

Well you know that I think she is.

However, Clearly So Does the Port Townsend

Councilwoman Libby Wennstrom sure did Bully Julie Jaman and Rachael Burt. yet City Manager John Mauro did nothing and joined the Bullying. Yet that Very Day of the infamous YMCA Incident, City Manager John Mauro had emailed concerns to Mayor David Fabor regarding the aggressive inappropriate bullying by Port Townsend Council Woman Libby Wennstrom.

Councilwoman Libby Wennstrom sure did Bully all of us, to the point of being a part of inciting a mob to assault us then Gaslight us that it simply did not happen.

Mauro Knowing that Libby is a BULLY and doing NOTHING as he Bullied members of the public to the point of assault, well I believe this is a Human Rights Violation and it sure seems it would show Pattern and History for say, a RICO Lawsuit.

NO LIBBY OUR EQUIPMENT WAS SABOTAGED, SOME DESTROYED AND WE REALLY WERE ASSAULTED

"Hi David

In an effort to ensure we’re all synced up, I often get a heads up and a brief update from my team when Councilmembers reach out to them, especially if I’m not cc’d. I like this system so that Councilmembers can ask questions and have easy access to information to help them do their jobs but color within the legal lines of not directing staff. 

It’s also great to have staff enjoy direct relationships with elected members since we spend a good amount of time and effort together and I’m not wanting to command and control those relationships. 

This balance is new for the City I’m told and one that I think we and our community can benefit from. That said, there are ways this can go poorly, hence this email heads up. 

Our People & Performance/HR Director indicated that Councilmember Wennstrom contacted her last week to discuss a media matter related to my performance review. 

Councilmember Wennstrom is within her right to ask questions and reach out (I’ve often urged her to contact directors for more information on other matters). I get the sense from my HR director, though, that while it ended okay, the conversation started poorly and with some degree of accusation. 

This is troubling to me for at least two reasons. First, Pamela did not indicate being bullied, but I worry about the grey areas of appropriate interaction and confrontation with staff that should be better directed instead toward you or me, at least in the first instance. 

Second, assuming good intent from Councilmember Wennstrom, the perception of this interaction may betray the intent – in that, staff may feel unnecessarily confronted on matters where they have no control or influence and the power dynamic makes it challenging for them to stick up for themselves when pressed by someone who is clearly in distress.

I’m not proposing any specific remedy, but I have an interest in setting clear boundaries here. 

I would suggest that it may be appropriate for you to signal to Councilmember Wennstrom that she instead direct any frustrations, concerns or questions to you or to me regarding these kinds of matters. As I’m sure you know, I’m very happy to discuss with you and learn your perspective so we can walk forward through this as best we can.
