COVID Death Risk Has Always Been Low — Vaxxed or Not

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • In recent days, the pandemic narrative has undergone a remarkable number of U-turns
  • January 9, 2022, CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky sent out a tweet saying “We must protect people with comorbidities from severe COVID-19,” in other words, focused protection, which is what tens of thousands of doctors have been calling for since the creation of The Great Barrington Declaration in early October 2020
  • January 10, 2022, Walensky admitted that the COVID shots cannot prevent transmission
  • The CDC is now saying you should not retest once you’ve recovered from COVID, as the PCR can provide false positives for up to 12 weeks after the infection has been resolved. They’re also cutting the isolation requirement from 10 to just five days — probably because the failing economy is hurting Biden’s approval rating so they need people to work
  • The narrative is also changing on what makes for a COVID case and how deaths are counted. Walensky recently admitted about 40% of “COVID patients” tested positive but do not have symptoms and are hospitalized for something else. She has also promised to deliver data on how many people have actually died “from” COVID and how many died “with” it

As noted by Dr. Ron Paul in the January 10, 2022, Liberty Report above, U.S. authorities have suddenly started to change their tune with regard to COVID and the COVID shots.

“The opposition to our position are starting to wake up,” Paul says, as some shreds of truth are actually starting to be acknowledged. The good news, Paul says, is that “Maybe some of the things they’ve been saying are not quite accurate, and maybe what we’ve been saying is closer to the truth, and maybe they’re starting to recognize that.”

CDC Director Now Calls for Focused Protection

Indeed, in recent days, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has made a remarkable number of U-turns, completely reversing course on several narrative points.

For example, in a January 10, 2022, CNN interview, CDC director Dr. Rochelle Walensky actually admitted that “what [the COVID shots] can’t do anymore is prevent transmission,”1 whereas before, the narrative was that if you get the jab, you have nothing to worry about anymore. In July 2021, President Biden promised that if you get vaccinated, “you’re not going to get COVID.”2 Well, it wasn’t true. Many knew that, but were censored when pointing it out.

A day earlier, January 9, Walensky also sent out a tweet saying “We must protect people with comorbidities from severe COVID-19,” which is what tens of thousands of doctors have been calling for since the creation of The Great Barrington Declaration in early October 2020. It called for focused protection of high-risk individuals, such as the elderly, rather than blanket lockdowns.

It was recently revealed that Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and his former boss, now retired National Institutes of Health (NIH) director Francis Collins, colluded behind the scenes to quash the declaration.3 For whatever reason, Fauci and Collins were hell-bent on pushing economy-destroying lockdowns instead. In an October 8, 2020, email to Fauci, Collins wrote:4,5,6,7

“The proposal from the three fringe epidemiologists who met with the Secretary seems to be getting a lot of attention … There needs to be a quick and devastating published take down of its premises …”

“Don’t worry, I got this,” Fauci replied. Later, Fauci sent Collins links to newly published articles refuting the focused protection solution, including an op-ed in Wired magazine, and an article in The Nation, titled “Focused Protection, Herd Immunity and Other Deadly Delusions.”

CDC Follows Political Strategy, Not Science

Now, all of a sudden, Walensky is onboard with the “deadly delusion” of focused protection. Her about-face would be confusing were it not for the fact that COVID countermeasures were never about protecting the public from a virus. From the start, the pandemic had political goals, and it still does.

The pressure is now on to prove the Biden administration has made some sort of progress with the pandemic. Biden made a lot of promises, none of which have come to fruition, so now the political establishment is scrounging to come up with some plan that can make them look as though they’re getting somewhere.

The problem is that cases are now exploding, when a successful vaccine campaign should have brought the situation under control. So, they now need a way to minimize the number of cases, whereas before, they used every trick in the book to overcount them,8 in order to scare people into complying with COVID restrictions and getting the jab.

New Testing Guidance Aims to Lower Case Rates

One simple way to cut down cases is to limit testing, and that’s another U-turn we’re now seeing. The CDC is now saying you should not retest once you’ve recovered from COVID. If you test positive, just quarantine for five days and don’t retest to confirm that you’re negative, as the PCR can provide false positives for up to 12 weeks after the infection has been resolved.

Well, we’ve known this for nearly two years already. From the start, experts warned that the PCR cannot be used to diagnose an active infection, as it can pick up RNA from dead, noninfectious viral debris.

Health authorities are now spinning the tale that these revisions in guidance are because we have two years’ worth of data, and they’re just following the science. But that’s pure baloney, seeing how the data never supported their COVID restrictions in the first place.

The CDC’s decision to revise quarantine guidelines down from 10 days to just five days also appears politically motivated. Polls show the economy is a primary concern of voting Americans right now, so they need to strike a balance between the desired demolition of the economy and keeping people at work — at least until the 2022 elections are over.

There seems to be a LOT of sudden momentum surging in the direction of ending the pandemic. If I’m right, we’re going to see even more of this, and pretty quickly, since Biden has to wrap it up in time to declare victory on March 1. ~ Jeff Childers

In short, I suspect most if not all of the recent changes in COVID guidance is to build a narrative that the Biden administration has successfully brought the pandemic under control and reestablished a working economy. The change in narrative is based on political strategy, not science.

CDC Highlights Role of Comorbidities in Vaxxed COVID Deaths

As noted by Paul in the Liberty Report above, Walensky recently stated that 75% of COVID deaths had four or more comorbidities, “So, really, these are people who were unwell to begin with.” The admission went viral and was cited as proof that COVID is a lethal risk for none but the sickest among us.

The CDC quickly stepped in, clarifying that she meant “75% of COVID deaths among those who have received the COVID jab,” not COVID deaths overall.9 You can see the unedited segment above, where that context is made clear. Still, we know that COVID poses very little risk for healthy unvaccinated people as well, and that comorbidities are a primary risk factor regardless of your COVID jab status.

COVID Death Risk Has Always Been Low — Vaxxed or Not

For example, a 2020 study10 found 88% of hospitalized COVID patients in New York City had two or more comorbidities, 6.3% had one underlying health condition and 6.1% had none.

In late August 2020, the CDC published data showing only 6% of the total death count had COVID-19 listed as the sole cause of death. The remaining 94% had had an average of 2.6 comorbidities or preexisting health conditions that contributed to their deaths.11 So, yes, COVID is a lethal risk only for the sickest among us, just as Walensky said, but that’s true whether you’re “vaccinated” or not.

As for the study12 Walensky discussed in that “Good Morning America” segment, it found that of the 1.2 million COVID jabbed subjects, only 0.0033% died of COVID between December 2020 and October 2021. (And of those, 77.8% had four or more comorbidities.) This study, Walensky claims as evidence that the COVID shot works wonders to reduce the risk of death.

But does it really? Recall studies13 showing the noninstitutionalized infection fatality rate is on average just 0.26% to begin with, and people under the age of 40 have only a 0.01% risk of dying from COVID.14

When we’re talking about a fraction of a percentage point risk, we’re talking about a risk that is close to statistical zero. So, does lowering your risk of death from 0.01% to 0.003% really translate into something worthwhile? And, more importantly, is that reduction worth the risks involved with taking the jab?

Clearly, it’s not a risk-free decision. OneAmerica, a national mutual life insurance company, recently warned that all-cause deaths among working age Americans (18 to 64) are up 40% over prepandemic norms,15 and they cannot be attributed to COVID.

So, what’s causing these deaths? What potentially deadly thing did tens of millions of Americans do in 2021 that they’ve never done before? I’ll let you ponder whether Walensky’s claim that the COVID jab is saving lives is an accurate one.

CDC Admits Large Portion of ‘COVID Patients’ Aren’t

In another recent media appearance, Walensky stated that:16

“In some hospitals that we’ve talked to, up to 40% of the patients who are coming in with COVID-19 are coming in not because they’re sick with COVID, but because they’re coming in with something else and have had … COVID or the Omicron variant detected.”

This, again, is something that we’ve been highlighting since the start of the pandemic. Most so-called “COVID patients” simply weren’t, and still aren’t. They’re hospitalized for something else entirely, and just happen to get a positive test result upon admission — which very possibly is a false positive. Either way, voila, they’re a COVID patient, even though they’re hospitalized for a broken leg or a heart attack.

Restitution Hearing Tomorrow. Should be a Good Show. The LAW that does not apply to the LAW.

Michael Allmain Case Port Townsend. Yes It Goes On and On and On. The Lawlessness of the Port Townsend Justice System is Very Clear to See.

January 19th, 2022 there will be a Restitution Hearing in the Case, as Michael had been found GUILT last July because Judge Mindy Walker, who ruled him indigent and gave him a public attorney on your TaxPayer Dime, well she ruled Michael Allmain NOT Indigent and therefore Guilty, now he is suddenly indigent again?

So Funny Right? A hearing where Defendant Michael Allmain has to pay restitution to those who set him up, sued him, stole his dog, nearly drove him to suicide and guess what he has an ATTORNEY for FREE yet Again, a Public Defender, yet Judge Mindy Walker RULED Michael Allmain was GUILTY because he was not Indigent, and she had NO PROOF at all of his being Indigent (which the LAW requires her to have to GIVE a Public Defender).

Corruption, Lawless, You Decide. Either way it certainly does make a mockery of the so called Law in Port Townsend Jefferson County.

Will Let you know what Happens. What a Mess Right. The Michael Allmain Case shows you how all the moving parts to Corruption, injustice, selective prosecution work. Here is the Michael Allmain case Chronology in full so far, more will be added.

“My Child Was Approached by a Stranger IN MY HOME” Port Townsend Post Office Employee Allegedly Entered a PRIVATE Home and Approached a Child. Officer David Dostaler “If it is that lady the chance of cooperation is very small”, “you have made false claims in the past”

Port Townsend Police Officer David Dostaler seemingly making "DEMONSTRABLY FALSE CLAIMS".  Port Townsend Homeowner SAYS: “My Child Was Approached by a Stranger IN MY HOME” Port Townsend Post Office Employee Allegedly Entered a PRIVATE Home and Approached a Child. Officer David Dostaler Says: “If it is that lady the chance of cooperation is very small”, “you have made false claims in the past”.

Man Walks into a Local Home and wanders around, ALLEGEDLY.

The Man says he was just inside the home, shown on Officer Cam.

The police officer "LIED?" and says the man said he did not come into the home.

Yet the Officer Cam clearly shows the man saying that he did step inside the home, "I did not go any further then just step in the door". TO Me that is INSIDE THE PRIVATE HOME.

A man can walk right into your home, your child and you are scared and the police do nothing? And accuse you of demonstrably false claims in the past and so you must not be telling the truth now.

Port Townsend Police OFFICER David Dostaler QUOTES

“If it is that lady the chance of cooperation is very small”

“She will stay there on principal she's that kind of person”

“you have made false claims in the past”

“That have been demonstrably false”

“Is your son going to say anything other than what you want him to say”

In a town where a homeless man’s dog has an allergy and he is criminally convicted of neglect and abuse and his emotional support dog STOLEN, rampant drug and violence at the fairgrounds last year, homeless man criminally trespassed over and over for sleeping, yet a man walks into a home in Port Townsend, private property, the owner feels threatened and the police can't or won’t do anything?

Some people are IMPORTANT and heard and others, well they are just Criminals.

Here are a few posts I saw online regarding this matter in Port Townsend.

KEEP IN MIND READER, The woman named Kate Dean in this thread is a County Commissioner, she actually could do something, yet claims it is a HE SAID SHE SAID.

He Said She Said? What? Facts are Facts.

Did the man enter the home or not?

We don't believe teenagers, are we in the 1950's. WOW Right? Commissioner Kate Dean says it is a he said she said. A frightened child, a home invaded, rights violate and a HE SAID SHE SAID? ya I don't think so Kate, not if there were competent investigators that cared about peoples' rights, and had a clue how to actually INVESTIGATE.

Did Officer David Dostaler do ANY investigation?

Did he ask the Post Office Employees if the man said he went into the home? NOPE, he simply berated the woman, talked nasty about her, prejudiced here and did not even bother to INVESTIGATE the matter.

USPS Employee Alleged Trespass
ENTERS Private Home.

“My Child Was Approached by a Stranger IN MY HOME”

A Port Townsend Post Office Employee walks into a private home, child and homeowner afraid, cop is belligerent and clearly discriminating. Homeowner felt they were mistreated, prejudiced, and a target of racism.

Port Townsend Police Officer accuses Citizen of False Claims and Being “on the edge of” Belligerent. And of making her child lie.

Post Office Employee Claims he did not Enter the Home, according to Officer David Dostaler, however, listen the Officer Cam yourself, sure seems to me that the guy admitted to the homeowner he went into the home, and apologized and did so in front of other USPS employees. And the Officer Cam shows the USPS employee stating that he went just inside, and talked of food on the table.

You Decide what you "Believe".

Seems to me if Vehicle is Parked Illegally, and if that is the Truth, then the Law would dictate towing the Vehicle and NOT entering a private home or harassing a private citizen, in my opinion.

Also in my opinion, unwanted guests opening a door and looking in, is trespassing, is threatening. Also note, it seems to be the Port Townsend Police Policy that if you called for help or complained in the past and it did not pan out, then you are prejudiced for future events, that too seems illegal to me, unethical at best.  I was not there and am in no way bearing witness. I am simply reporting On What I have Found Out So Far.

I Already Talked To Dawn. Although it wasn't a pleasant conversation, she said enough to make it a formal citizen complaint.

As long as he didn’t flat out call her a liar, it sounds like minor courtesy complaint that can be handled with documented counseling.

I am guessing that Dave’s bodycam footage should answer most of your questions.

Thanks,

Jason, Please Look Into Citizen's Complaint form this morning on Dave Dostaler. Theincident started out as a parking complaint on Harrison Street next to the rear of the post office.

The call was at 0634 and the incident number is 21-7608.

I talked to the complainant, Dawn Mohrbacher and told her we would look into her complaint of our officer calling her a liar in front of her teenage son. Dave self-reported to me, stating that he “called her a liar without actually calling her a liar.”

He also said that he has had a number of contacts with her and she has been untruthful to him in the past.

During this incident, Mohrbacher claimed that an employee from the post office entered her home without permission, but she didn't call 911 to report a burglary.

Dave felt she was untruthful about what actually happened.

Please investigate, address the behavior as you see fit, and contact Mohrbacher and advise her of the outcome. Please provide me with all the details so we can track it as a citizen complaint.

Thanks, Thomas Olson |Chief of Police

It is a police officer saying because he believes this woman has lied in the past that she is lying now, except he calls it “false claims” instead of “lie”. Same Thing I Allege. Click Below to Watch Officer Cam from December 14th 2021 Incident.

OlyCap, In My Opinion, should stick to Low Income, to helping kids and domestic violence victims, abused kids, and other good things they do. OLYCAP is not good nor efficient at helping the homeless. This is clear with all of you who have seen the same homeless for over 5 years at the OlyCap facilities.

OlyCap should stick to housing and the good things they do for kids and Domestic Violence Victims, and low income they may do a lot of good there, however, OlyCAP should not be running a shelter and should sub-contract that out to a qualified, caring, compassionate, aware non-profit or several that can help them and focus just on that.

OlyCap is to Big and to Busy to even know what is happening to these people and they have no Homeless Shelter program manager that is qualified and can actually help the homeless to move on from the shelter and keep there mental calm. While at the same time intelligent, experienced, articulate people such as I and others who have been homeless in Port Townsend have told OlyCap, told the Police, told the Commissioners what is happening at the shelter and ignored 5 years and counting.

Meanwhile there are lots of suicides, there is violence and rape and all that criminal demonic chaos at the fairgrounds that led to injury, mental anguish and death and massive suffering of the neighborhood residents. The homeless cry out to authorities and commissioners and are not heard, to the point of killing themselves, they have no advocacy outreach.  To me that is all on how it is managed, and that they are providing no true solution to helping homeless to move on with their lives and live a better quality of life, while at the same time causing public anger toward the homeless as the public don't understand what is actually happening behind the scenes to create it all. The homeless here have no true advocacy or support in OlyCap, they simply need to let go of trying to help the homeless as they are and have been hurting them and this leads to unrest throughout the entire community.

Homeless are different, you cannot use the same approach as low income or any other sector of society, it is different in so many ways I cannot explain to you as I don’t believe most have the sense to truly get it. It is one of those things you really had to be there to really get it.

Myself, and other local nonprofits that do know what is really happening among the homeless, and don’t turn a blind eye to the experience of the individual human beings who go to the shelter and those who live in cars, we apply for state and federal money for our non-profits to actually help them, and we are denied grants and funding as we are told there is a non-profit here providing that service. Yet the service of actually services the homeless in a way that adds to their quality of life and helps them to move on, that is not being done. They are not providing a healthy environment, an environment of non-bias and non-discrimination, a place of safety from threats and theft, privacy, quiet, bullying, discrimination, light and noise, and basic human rights, in my experience and opinion after being in it, among it, near it for 7 years in a row in Port Townsend.

OlyCap must eventually admit they can’t do this and let it go, do they not see the deaths, the mental anguish, the crimes, the torment? They just must think oh they are just mental issues, that is not necessarily so, it is how they are treated. It is about being bullied, gas lighted, religious and sexuality discrimination, and not believed or heard.

OlyCap cannot do a good, efficient, ethical, moral job with the homeless sheltering be it tents, cars, campers or the shelter, that is not bad on them it is simply not their thing, however they are in the way of those of us who can help the homeless for REAL.  Yes people SURVIVE, for the most part, Physically, but to me that is not enough, they need to move on to a better quality of life not a breeding ground for a lord of the flies type island approach, that affects the entire community.

OlyCap should, in my opinion, Stick with big projects such as housing and programs that help low income, and some recent homeless, domestic violence victims, helping children and other good things OlyCap does along those lines. However, the homeless are different than low income, they, we have different needs, different steps to housing that low income don’t necessarily, such as a long time out of the system and things that we need to go through to get back in it, not wanting authority, having to deal with paperwork, opening up to the rules of government, deep connections to the land and spirit for many, and the mental health (spiritual) steps it takes to be able to moving back into housing, it is not as simple as if you build it they will come, not if they have to conform, change, be bullied or treated less than, most, as I, would rather freeze to death, we are simply different.

SO many are treated for addiction but given no real solutions as to how to get out of the mental state that caused the addiction to rule their life. With most homeless the addiction comes later surprise surprise, it comes from wanting warmth that some drugs and alcohol bring, it comes from the massive need for mental calm and relief and no other way taught to them, it comes from being homeless for most and not that the addiction led to homeless, some yes but not MOST. There is so much that the general public cannot know about being homeless, knowing the moment before you freeze to death, scared of no way to find food or get out of the cold, no privacy and yearning craving for it, always rousted in some way, discrimination, no showers, no restroom at times. They don’t know what they don’t know and if you don’t know, or won’t believe and call what they truly experience UNTRUTH, how can you possibly truly effectively help them out of it?

OlyCap management does not respect the individual humanity of each homeless person as a Sovereign Individual, accountable for all things in their life and they have valid experiences to share, they matter, they are living breathing beings, each with individual needs, accountability for their actions and reasons for being homeless and staying homeless for so long. OlyCap just don't know, that is fine most don't however, they are paid to provide this service and they simply do not.

Michael Pace Posts on my Facebook Page. OlyCap Shelter Michael Pace. 7 Million a year, you would think OLYCAP could Do Better, perhaps a teeny tiny bit more professional or at least not an angry, narcissistic bully. Michael Pace of the OlyCap Shelter posts on My, Reverend Crystal Cox's Port Townsend Facebook Page.

This Guy Brought himself to my attention as who is running the OlyCap Port Townsend Homeless Shelter. He claims that if I exercise my First Amendment rights and share my first hand experience, my perspective that is somehow personal to him, and a direct attack on him. Then tells me his cruelty, berating and bullying me is “not personal”.

When you disclose Mental Issues to the Public, as a Prominent Non-Profit program director or manager of any kind, isn't this a HIPAA Violation?  And to take pictures of their stuff and broadcast their mental issues to the world, WOW OlyCAP really? And I am the Crystal Lady of the UNTRUTH?  WOW INDEED. I have been telling you all for years what is happening at the shelter I am deemed unworthy and am therefor unheard. Meanwhile look at what happened over the years I told you, and you did nothing to change anything. You simply blamed the messenger and BRANDED me the Crystal Lady telling the UnTruths, as OlyCap Director cruelly, gas lighting, and seriously unprofessionally messaged to the Jefferson County Criminal Prosecutor Chris Ashcraft. They don't want first hand experiences and to use that to make positive changes, I Tell them and I am the Problem. Then they don't have to fix anything or even acknowledge it truly was happening and then it happened years more, and many suffered severely over it.

Michael Pace Loves taking pictures of the "stuff" that homeless gather, making fun of them, and broadcasting it to the world. He takes pictures of what he alleges is hoarding so he can make fun of them and he calls it facts.

On and off over the last year, I have been reporting on my experience with being Homeless in Port Townsend and what I have personally witnessed in the homeless community. I have spoken for myself and no one else. I had not named any OlyCap staff at the shelter as I did not know their names nor was I singling them out. I was discussing policy based first hand experiences. Yet OlyCap's manager, Michael Pace, claims that if I have an issue or opinion or experience with the shelter then that is a direct attack on him personally so he attacks back and then tells me to not take it personal. He seems to be claiming that I don’t get to have my own personal experience but instead must only have his experience, as mine is not fact but assumptions and his experience is fact.

He angers easily and tells me to stop running my mouth, just imagine what his rage is like behind closed doors. And because he is “housed” and the God at the OlyCap Port Townsend Shelter then he gets to Judge Them as somehow Less Than him. How about we take photos of him or at his house as he clearly says he does with those in his “care”?

This Guy thinks it is ok to make fun of the mental disorders of the homeless and to photograph such. It is not ok. Yet when someone tries to complain they are shut down, they are thrown out. If they contact the police for help, they are given the cold shoulder and further cruelty. If you stay at the shelter, you best sit down and shut up and have NO OPINION or personal experience.

And the public wonders why the homeless get aggressive in the streets, they are mentally tortured at the shelter, no Peace in them carries out to the community at large.

Also this is why people choose to freeze to Death and constantly be trespassed living outdoors as the mental health is better even if the physical is harder.

A manager of a Homeless Shelter needs to have a high trigger point first of all, and have an understanding of human nature in a compassionate way. They must be good at conflict resolution and listening to the needs of those in their care and not berate them, bully them, judge them, and talk about them online in a negative way and in regards to their mental condition such as “hoarding” accusation.

An effective manager should have faith of some sort, not saying religious but enough faith in a higher power to be kind, compassionate yet strong, to guide them out of homelessness, to listen and advise effectively. And to insist on the rule of law, unwavering, and live and let live. And NOT to berate, bully, gaslight and attempt to deny their personal experience and make fun of them, photos and all. The energy in this man’s communications is dangerous and aggressive and these are just words on a keyboard, just imagine what it is like to be homeless, him between you and freezing to death and him acting like this? I would be scared to run into him in public, for fear he will bully and abuse me. That is the energy he has shown on my Facebook pages, that he chose to post on, without naming him in anything.

While at the some time intelligent, experienced, articulate people such as I and others who have been homeless in Port Townsend have told OlyCap, told the Police, told the Commissioners what is happening at the shelter and ignored 5 years and counting.

Meanwhile there are lots of suicides, there is violence and rape and all that criminal demonic chaos at the fairgrounds that led to injury, mental anguish and death and massive suffering of the neighborhood. The homeless cry out to authorities and commissioners are not heard, to the point of killing themselves, they have no advocacy outreach.  To me that is all on how it is managed, and that they are providing no true solution to helping homeless to move on with their lives and live a better quality of life.

It is about being bullied, gas lighted, and not believed or heard.

OlyCap cannot do a good, efficient, ethical, moral job with the homeless sheltering be it tents, cars, or the shelter, that is not bad on them it is simply not their thing, however they are in the way of those of us who can help the homeless for REAL.

OlyCap should, in my opinion, Stick with big projects such as housing and programs that help low income, and some recent homeless, domestic violence victims, helping children and other good things OlyCap does along those lines. However, the homeless are different than low income, they, we have different needs, different steps to housing that low income don’t necessarily such as a long time out of the system, not wanting authority, having to deal with paperwork, opening up to the rules of government, and the mental health (spiritual) steps it takes to be able to moving back into housing, it is not as simple as if you build it they will come, not if they have to conform, change, be bullied or treated less than, most, as I, would rather freeze to death.

SO many are treated for addiction but given no real solutions as to how to get out of the mental state that caused the addiction to rule their life. With most homeless the addiction comes later surprise surprise, it comes from wanting warmth that some drugs and alcohol bring, it comes from the massive need for mental calm and relief and no other way taught to them, it comes from being homeless for most and not that the addiction led to homeless.
