Port Townsend Suffragette Gabrielle Clark CRT Legal Case.  “CLARK V. STATE PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL AUTHORITY”

“William Clark was a senior at Democracy Prep Public Schools during the 2020-2021 school year. Democracy Prep places civics education at the heart of its academic mission. Through a class titled “Sociology of Change”, William and his classmates participated in a deeply personal and, at times, divisive discussion around race, religion and sexuality. 

The purpose of the class is to help students “unlearn” what they know about the world, and what their parents have taught them to believe, and instead to adopt a new worldview that “fights back” against “oppressive” social structures such as family, religion, and racial, sexual, and gender identities.

William, as part of a requirement to graduate, participated in the class and a series of exercises that required him to divulge his most intimate characteristics and beliefs — graded him on it. When he refused to continue, he was given a grade that had a severe negative impact on his opportunities in the highly competitive world of college admissions. 

The First Amendment’s freedom of speech includes both the right to speak and the right not to be compelled by the government to speak something you do not believe. Schools may not compel a student to speak their private opinions about personal identity in front of their teacher and classmates in a way that is opposite to their values and beliefs. This creates an overall classroom experience that is hostile for the student with those particular values and beliefs. Unfortunately, this is exactly what has happened to William Clark in his “Sociology of Change” class at Democracy Prep Public Schools. 

Gabrielle and William reached out to nonprofit organization No Left Turn in Education when they realized William’s rights were being violated. NLTE, led by Dr. Elana Fishbein, provides parents, students and teachers with the resources to understand and combat curriculum that violates students’ and educators’ rights. NTLE refers parents to Liberty Justice Center for legal assistance when students’ rights are violated.

Attorneys from the Liberty Justice Center are representing William and his mother, Gabrielle Clark. They’ve filed claims for declaratory judgment and damages, seeking to right the wrongs that have been done to Mr. Clark.

“Charter school awaits ‘Critical Race Theory’ lawsuit ruling” July 30, 2021

“Gabrielle Clark and her son, William, filed a lawsuit in December in U.S. District Court against Democracy Prep, a national network of campuses that includes Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus, and the Nevada State Public Charter School Authority.

The Clarks are seeking a jury trial and damages. Democracy Prep and the charter authority each filed a motion to dismiss on June 3.

The lawsuit — which has garnered national attention amid accusations that schools are teaching “critical race theory” to young students — seeks damages for teachers allegedly “repeatedly compelling” William to speak and write about “intimate matters of race, gender, sexuality and religion.”

The allegations stem from class exercises and homework assignments in a “Sociology of Change” class, which is required for high school seniors at Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus.”

Hello Beautiful People. I will not be promoting any party or political candidate here however, I will be supporting and promoting Elizabeth Kreiselmaier, and she is running for a political office.

Elizabeth was one of the Brave Women that Spoke at Julie Jaman's Press Conference that I am now calling the Port Townsend Suffragettes.

If she had a cake store, a bookstore, or anything else she was up to that is what I would promote. Thing is She is A Republican Candidate and a PT Suffragette and So you will see me supporting her here and elsewhere because of that and not about party or political agendas. I am all about divine sovereignty and individual choice in all matters. That Said here is Elizabeth Kreiselmaier's Statement at the Press Conference in PT that we all attended.

“I’m Dr. Elizabeth Kreiselmaier, the Republican Candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington D.C. to represent Washington State’s 6th Congressional District that covers 6 Counties including Jefferson County.

I’m here today to speak specifically in support of Julie Jaman, the 80-year-old woman who was banned from the YMCA pool because she objected to the presence of a man identifying as a woman in the locker room with her while she showered, and while little girls undressed.

And more generally, I am here to speak in support of women’s and girls’ rights to privacy and safety.

Women have fought long and hard for equal rights. Among those rights is the right to feel safe.

Like it or not, many women and girls do not feel comfortable or safe using a locker room or a bathroom, and definitely not a shower, with a person who has the anatomy of a man. Even the late Ruth Bader Ginsberg acknowledged this fact at the Supreme Court Level.

This is not an argument against trans persons, or persons who might identify as a woman.

What we are talking about are the rights of women and girls – the right to feel safe. No one has the right to make another feel unsafe and that is why I support Julie and the silent majority who feel as she does.

This does not mean that anyone needs to be excluded or banned from membership in the Y.

It does mean that we need to find solutions that work for all, and that do not discriminate against one group to accommodate another.

And that is what is happening to Julie. She is being discriminated against for feeling uncomfortable that a person with male anatomy was in the women’s locker room with her.

So I will dare to state the obvious solution to the issue: Require that people use the bathroom that matches their body parts—Male or Female. But then also create additional space, or reconfigure the current locker room space, to accommodate the approximately 1% of people who do not identify with their anatomical sex.

Men’s rooms should remain men’s rooms and women’s rooms should remain women’s rooms. And then there can also be unisex or neutral spaces (much like the current individual “family” spaces that exist now) that people like transgender individuals may use---one at a time.

That way, no one’s privacy or safety is put at risk in order to accommodate the gender perceptions of another.

All the while, all remain welcome in the facility at large, and spaces designed for safe, private exercise of personal bodily

functions remain just that—safe and private.

And no woman or girl will be forced to share private bodily functions with a person who has the anatomy of a man.

It’s just common sense.

Again, it’s common sense to require that people use the bathroom that matches their body parts.

So let’s LET COMMON SENSE PREVAIL, shall we?

Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy KNEW and admitted that the Court Ordered Moses be returned in March of 2021, yet CVAR defied the court order and charged Michael Allmain for those CVAR service too. Sued him and won $28,000 Judgment and got his dog.
